Hi. Thank you for purchasing the plugin and I’m sorry that you’re having issues. Did you set the size also in the settings page of the plugin? Was the image uploaded after the size was changed in the settings? Which layout are you using? Consider that the responsive layout will make the images adapt to the available space according to the number of columns you choose. There could be also a css conflict with your theme, something might be changing the size of the image via css. Could you share a link to your page so I can check if this is the case? I have a few images that have different width and height. However, I want to set all using the same height but individual images using their own width
Since the layouts rely on having the images with the same width to calculate the space, it’s a bit tricky. If I understood correctly what you need, one workaround would be to prepare the images prior to upload, to make them fit the same ‘squared’ space. See this example: http://cmoreira.net/logos-showcase/responsive-grid-3-columns/ although the images seem to have different heights, the images are in reality the same size, but with different white-space. Would this solution work? If I misunderstood what you need or this won’t work, could you send me a link to your page and give some examples of how you want the layout to be? I love the Logos plugin and have been using for several months without a hitch. Then recently I noticed that the links quit working on all mobile devices, so that they act like they’re going somewhere but then redirect to a blank page on my site. Good to know it works on Android! I’ve only tested it on iPhone and iPad so maybe it’s an issue with that OS.
Tested with an iPad and I see what you mean now. But this doesn’t seem to happen on my dev site and demo site. It could be something related to the tooltip. Try downloading the latest version of the plugin from codecanyon and replacing the plugin files to see if this still happens.

Love the plugin, excellent work by you! The issue I am having with the Logos Plugin is that when I insert the shortcode to my page, the carousel does not work properly and it stays stuck on the first four images. I have no clue how to go about to fix this, please help!!

Hi! Thank you for using the plugin! I see you are using an older version of the plugin. Could you download the latest version from codecanyon and replace the files to see if it improves? You might need to generate the shortcode again just to make sure. The carousel actually was working, but at a very slow speed. Hello, I am adding a new DIV in my footer which is 960px wide 100px high. When I drop the php shortcode into the div but the carousel doesn’t sit within the 960 width, it shows max-width 1030px. How do I set my width so my logos display correctly?

Hi Sam. The max-width value is not overriding the 960px, everything seems fine there. But each of the slides has 350px, so when displaying 3 slides, it takes the 1050px, hiding a bit of the last entry. Maybe you have the 350 size set in the plugin settings? But there seems to be an issue with the php function output, that might be a bug in the plugin (I’m seeing missing arguments in the code). I’m trying to sort by alphabetical order but it’s not working. The output order with the short code orderby=’name’ shows ideas in D,C,B,D order before correcting itself for the rest of the alphabet. What could I be doing wrong?

Great plugin. I’m using the horizontal carousel and I have added margins to the images through the settings panel, but I’ve noticed that the margins are only being added to the right side of the images. Would it be possible to evenly distribute the margins? For example, 10px on the left and 10px on the right. This would allow the images to be centered in the carousel.

I think I got the wrong impression of this as I glanced at one of your images and thought you could change sizes / run multiple settings on it, not just one size for all logos. I mean, if I want to run logos or display advertising in different places, I’d like to be able to change the sizes for certain blocks. The settings appear to be very simple (limited) to one size only. If this is the case, I’m not seeing what this does that a regular banner rotator plugin doesn’t?

Hi! Thank you for purchasing the plugin. When you use shortcodes you can have different settings for different shortcodes. The plugin will only create one custom thumbnail image size that you can control in the general settings, but using the responsive grid, or the image size override parameter the image sizes can be different. Using the carousel with custom settings you’ll see the option to override the image size. Actually, in all shortcodes you can use the parameter img=’100,100’ to set a new image size, that the plugin will try to use. Would this help achieving what you’re trying to do? Greetings, Carlos

Hi Tom! I see you are using an older version of the plugin. Try downloading the most recent version and replace the files to see if it takes any effect. Hello! When upgrading from v. 1.2.9.3. to v.1.3.2 the logo slide is no longer 100% of the page width. Seen this happen with previous updates too. Looks bad when it ends 1 cm from the edge suddenly

Hi Kevin! Thank you for using the plugin! Did you try placing in the settings the width:200 and height:100? When using the image size override in the shortcode, doesn’t it work? When using the image size override, the image width will adapt, but the height will adapt accordingly, it won’t crop the image to that exact size. Hi! Thank you for using the plugin! What logos layout are you using? The slider layout already outputs the width and height of the image and the grid layouts output the width, which should be enough. I omitted the height in the grid because sometimes there were small conflicts with responsive behaviours of themes. But we can force the height to output also in the grid layout yes. Hi! If I understood correctly, you want to use Ads created in the oio publisher puglin, in the logos grid, correct? If this is the case, unfortunately this is not possible. The tooltips are not showing on our website. The latest version 1.3.2 is installed. When we disable two other plugins the tooltip does work but not with these vital plugins. These plugins are: Visual Composer ultimate addons and Formcraft.

Hello, this plugin is really awesome! I can’t seem to figure out why my slider doesn’t show at 100% width. It is at the bottom of this page. http://www.allenmorris.com/who-we-are/ I tried adding custom css but nothing worked. The container it is in is larger than the slider but it doesn’t fill up. I tried assigning this css with the inspector tool and it worked. In which file did you include the css? Do you have maybe a cache system implemented that is preventing the changes to take effect?
I included the css in the style.css file in the logos-showcase folder. I also was able to make it work with the inspector tool but not any further. I’m hosting the site on wpengine and they have a caching system on their portal. I’m still stumped.
The page is including the styles.css from a cdn source (cached version). Isn’t there any way to flush the cache? Try following these instructions: http://wpengine.com/support/cache/

I see that now the correct file is loading, and I see that you’ve placed the css there, but in the bottom, inside a media query for smaller screens, that’s why it doesn’t take any effect, because it only takes effect in smaller screen sizes. Try placing the css in the beginning of the file instead.
