I’m creating a 200 question survey.
I added 60 questions but it saves only 42.
I thought i forgot to click save but it actually does not save anymore.

Hi there. I tried out the live preview and referred to your documentation but couldn’t find a way for delegating privilege to some users (not admin) to create poll / feedback form by themselves to solicit feedbacks. How could this be done with FSQM? Thanks.
Could you point me to a demo or documentation how FSQM may be setup to allow registered users to create / manage their own poll / feedbacks?

FSQM is not meant to be used this way. Only admins can create forms (and Editors). If you want to give authors or contributors the ability then you will need to give them capability “manage_feedback” and “view_feedback”. But this will also give them the capability to edit all forms and submissions.
Noted that, I’m keen to evaluate FSQM further to see if I can try to configure WP and your plugin with access controls to suit my need. Can I download a time-limited version of FSQM for evaluation before purchase? Hear from you soon, thanks!

Hi, Is there any way to change the report that the user gets when they complete the quiz? For example, they are currently getting a table that has ‘Administrator Remarks’ and ‘IP Address’ – neither of which I want to be sending to them.

Two questions: 1. Can I force users to be logged in before viewing/taking the quizzes I’ve set up? I’d like for only logged-in users to be able to take the quizzes. 2. Is there a way to make prerequisites? i.e. Users HAVE to complete (and pass with 100%) quiz 1 before they can move on to quiz 2, etc. etc.

I am reviewing your solution for a Questionnaire form which is currently based on a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet with customer lookup/find function that is a unique number and some fields by where you enter various amounts about your earnings and it will calculate a % (percentage) amount based on which age band the customer sits in based on their earnings etc. Can your form builder carry out such functions to later export the completed form to PDF (which I know your additional Exporter plug-in handles).

It can not do such custom calculations. But you can always export the data to CSV and do the calculations yourself.

I’m loving the plugin, it’s a life saver! There is just one thing I’m not sure about.
I’m building a survey, and I want the first 1-2 questions to decide who fits the requirements for my research. Using the paginated setting, how can I send them to the page telling them this, and skip everything else? I’d presume this feature is on the plugin, but I cannot figure out how to set this up?

Sorry but this translation is not available. But if you are worried about the frontend (ie, the form itself), then every bit can be changed from the form builder. For the backend (admin end), you can use the provided po and mo file to translate the strings.
Hello, Can I insert timer for 1 page (container)? Page 1 No Timer – Page 2 Timer (stopwatch) 10 minute – Page 3 15 minute etc if timer is done so their automatic to next page or another field in currently page is disabled. and another questions, can you script insert picture in your elements like as single options, multiple options etc?

It is absolutely possible. The result page is practically a WordPress page, so you can put any number of shortcode along with the trackback shortcode (which is used to show the result).
In the “simple quiz” preview I’seen that there is a “resume” section after the first page. In this section I need to insert email and other information.
Is that the result page? Can I show different page for different result?

1. In any form you can add any fields anywhere. It is a drag and drop form builder and there is absolutely no limit to what you can achieve. So yes, you can insert email and other information to the resume page (or any page for that matter).
2. I think you are talking about the trackback page. It is in fact a result page, but you can redirect to any page you want. You can moreover redirect based on score.

Optional feedback is already there. You can use the conditional logic to hide a field or simply make the feedback field not required (or put it inside a collapsible container).
For the autosave, it will take atleast 2 months. The reason is, we have some other updates in our priority list right now and also we need time to organize the documentation etc. So it can not be published any sooner

hello, I want to create a form along these lines: it is an assessment form,
Each question has three answers, at the end if you mostly clicked A – you are, for example, an intorvert, if you mostly clicked B, you are an extrovert, if you mostly clicked C, you are neutral
There are no correct answers it just tallies up which answer you gave the most and says which category you fall into. you then can share the result with social media.
Is this possible with your quiz?

Social sharing is coming in the next update (within 2 weeks). For your earlier query, I guess you can do that by assigning score to each of the answers (positive score) and then assign designation based on score range (in percentage).
