When i export the data from the form, everything is put into 1 colum. I’d like it to be in multiple colums, so you have the option to make a graph. Because there is now no way you can configure the graph.

Before I purchase the plugin, can you confirm if the following can be done,

1) fill out the form I create online; 2) save their data to a db; 3) then immediately (for example, when they hit a Submit button) have the data populate the fields so they can view it online; and then print 4) enable the user to print the completed form; 5) enable the user to also email the completed form, if desired.

Your Quform plugin looks good and maybe just what i need. Before I buy though, just wanted to ask something.

What i need is to collect the data from the user and immediately generate a page with that data. Basically an output from the data of that input.

Is that possible with this? If not, will I be able to pull out that data from the database? with the user session in place?

I want the user to answer some questions, then based on their answer I want a result page to be churned out, showing their inputs in a more organised form.

This is probably the best form builder plugin for Wordpress and I’m glad that I purchased it.

I’m using the standard Wordpress Twenty Twelve theme but for some reason (could be another plugin as well), the tooltips in my forms show up in the wrong position (below the tooltip icon). qTip2 allows for a x/y adjustment for the position when the tooltip is initialized and it would be great if you could provide an option/setting in your form settings to utilize that feature.

For now, I just reinitialize the tooltip a 2nd time with after the form has been loaded by your plugin to fix the misalignment:

Just a comment. I love your plugin, but I was going to replace it today with Gravity Forms because I needed a form solution that would allow me to publish custom posts from a form, and Gravity Forms can do this. In the end, I had so many problems with Gravity Forms that I removed it an put Quform back.

If you had the option to also create forms for submitting Wordpress posts, that would be brilliant. I would much rather use Quform that Gravity Forms anyway.

Hi again, we have gone ahead and purchased the Wordpress version of quform. Thanks for an excellent plugin. So far, so good… except there’s one thing we can’t figure out.

I see how to set the number of columns for a GROUP, but it appears that’s only for different sets of inputs? I don’t see how I can place a large list of radio buttons or checkboxes into columns. I have 12 checkboxes to start off a form; I can place them one option per line (which makes for a pretty long one-column list) or inline (which gets kinda cluttered with that many checkboxes and isn’t quite as “clean” in appearance as we’d like). The ideal setup for us would be 3 columns of 4 checkboxes. That way they’re neatly aligned and fit the width of our form nicely. Is there a way to do this?

The only quasi-workaround I’ve found is to drag three different SETS of checkboxes over (with 4 checkbox inputs apiece), within a group that’s set to 3 columns. That sort of gets the appearance right, but the problem with that is each SET of checkboxes has its own title/label. If I leave them blank — well, actually give the first set the label to sort of “fake” that title for all 3 columns — then it gets super confusing dealing with conditionals (lots of blank dropdowns), separate labels or no labels in the email, and 3 separate ENTRIES in the database. We’d still need all 12 inputs under ONE entry with 12 choices; not 3 entries with 4 choices each. Hope that makes sense. Sorry for the long explanation; hope that describes what we’re looking for and what we’re having trouble working around. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you!

Trying to access the support forum. Can’t login. I registered by entering my email and user name. Then upon submit, it just kicked me to a WP login page where it asks for my login and email again. But nothing happens there. Then I clicked on forgot PW and entered my email but nothing shows up in my inbox or spam folder. Please advise. I need to figure out how to change width of fields.
