When this version (Beta) will be stable?
It should be released as Stable this year. Next beta will be closer to stable as more bugs will be fixed in that one.
So when will the next version be released?
Android version for next beta version (v10.0.0-b.7) is out. Web version update is still in works. It will be released as soon as possible. Android version should be as stable as v9. Sending functionality has no known issue in the current beta version if you use it with new Android app.

There is no direct support for WhatsApp. That is only possible if you integrate any third party service as custom Sending Server that allows sending WhatsApp messages. You just have to get the API format for service and API credentials and add it as custom Sending Server as mentioned in below guide.

I am using your SMS Gateway product from CodeCanyon and I need some clarification about the SMS message statuses.
Could you please explain in more detail what each of these statuses means?
- Pending
- Sent
- Delivered
- Processed
I especially need to understand the difference between “Sent” and “Delivered”. From what I understand, “Sent” means the message was successfully sent from the Android device/SIM, while “Delivered” means the mobile network confirmed that the recipient received it. Is that correct?
The status that is confusing me the most is “Processed”. I have many phone numbers/messages that remain in the “Processed” status. Does “Processed” mean that the message was only queued or prepared for sending, but not actually sent yet? Or does it mean something else?
Also, I would like to know how I can resend messages only to the phone numbers/messages that are currently in the “Processed” status, without resending to numbers that are already Sent or Delivered.
Could you please guide me on the correct way to filter and resend only those “Processed” messages?

You can follow below guide to see what each status means. There was bug in 10.0.0-b.5 that caused messages to get stuck in Processed. It is fixed in newer android app, so I recommend updating the app first.

1. Yes, New v10 beta you see in Demo works with Twilio and you can also add any other gateway by adding their API format in the UI. It also works with Android phone SIM.

User can also add their own Sending Servers. You can also disable that and allow user to only use the Sender IDs for Sending Servers assigned by you.
3. It works with Android device. You just have to install the app on phone and login using the web credentials. After that all the SIM on the device will be available from web UI for sending. I recommend trying out demo.

It is not possible to do an upgrade as v10 is completely designed from ground up and have different data structure. You have to do fresh install if you want to use v10.

I am also against this policy. Although, this will not affect the general APK availability because it was available in Play Store before. This will require Google Developer Account for anyone who want to create custom APK and install it without scare screens.
Android’s strength has always been openness and user control, if that starts getting restricted, it’s a real problem. Security matters, but it shouldn’t come at the cost of locking users out of their own devices. If you bought it, you should control what runs on it.

each license is valid for one server only, if you have more than one license, use a different code for each server or contact support to deactivate any unused servers, i have open ticket, please fix

I wanted to ask whether anyone has successfully connected Twilio SMS in Beta within the system. In my case, I have not been able to complete the integration, even after carefully reviewing the configuration and running several tests.
I also contacted support, but it has been more than a month and I still have not received any concrete help or solution.
What is strange is that when I tested the same Twilio credentials directly through CMD/cURL, it worked correctly and the SMS was sent successfully. This makes me think the issue may be with the Beta system integration itself, or perhaps there is some specific way to connect it that is not documented clearly.
I would really appreciate it if someone who has managed to make it work could guide me on how they configured it or what exact steps they followed.

Twilio integration is untested in the beta as I am unable to test it in my region. It is one of the reason new version was released in beta. Please reply to the ticket so I can help you out with the issue.

Is it send ussd message also ?
Yes, It can send USSD pull requests, but it should be 1 single code and shouldn’t require input. You can try it out in demo. It is still able to support menu based USSD requests if you build custom APK, but it will only accept single digit input.
Single digit input means ? Single sim card ?
It means USSD requests that accepts input. Like for menu based USSD pull request. You can choose menu item by providing next input. For example, if there are menu items marked 1 to 5. You can provide 2 as input to select 2nd item.
