The support was pretty responsive.
Sadly the usage was very limited for bulk sending because I learned this in a hard way that almost all US carriers limit the number of messages even though they say unlimited... carriers won't tell you this though. Most of them pretend like they don't know why SMS is not sending out.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for the app to overcome the limit imposed by carriers, because messages are ultimately sent using the mobile SIM.
Everything is working from my testing - it also sends MMS messsages as well which is very cool. Author is very quick in responses to any issues and is very helpful - also always upgrading it and making it better.
