Hi @denisebiondo , I have the same problem as you, lol. No idea—the documentation is just way too old. I can’t find those options in the new version of WordPress. Have you read the documentation? It’s pretty old, but I think you might be able to figure it out somehow. The author is a total idiot. He just doesn’t respond. I was wondering if we could work together? I mean, help each other out to reach our goal. I’m also working on a music player with ZoomSounds. Please let me know if you’re interested—maybe we can solve our problem together. Here’s my Telegram: @superiorrrs, or do you have another platform where we can chat and work on this player together?
thanks mate =)
Hi there, I can’t find any settings built into the plugin to accomplish styling the download button, and none of he CSS that I’m finding in the knowledge base is working. I’d like to do the following:
1. change the color of the text 2. change text from “free download” to just “download” 3. make the background of the button transparent (is there some sort of an overlay on the button too?)
Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone. I hope you see my message. I bought this item and have no idea how to use it. I’ve tried, but I just can’t figure it out.
I need a player with a playlist. Could someone please send me their configuration file so I can import it?
It’s really a shame that there’s no longer any contact between buyers and sellers. I see a lot of comments that the author hasn’t responded to.
Yeah, the author is acting like a total jerk. He’s not responding to our comments. SMH. What a damn idiot. We had six months of support with this package, and now he doesn’t care about our questions or problems at all. Damn jerk. I’m pissed right now. ofcourse He is indian. fucking scammers
Hi, i got a question. I have a website I built myself using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other programming languages.
Can I use Zoomsound in my project?
I mean, as I mentioned earlier, I’m not using WordPress—I’m using HTML code I wrote myself.
Thanks =)
Hi, I just purchased the plugin and it won’t install. in WordPress 6.9.1 Please help.
Is self-hosting music the only option? Are there any options to link to music from Soundcloud or other music hosting services? Also, is there support for pasting direct link of the music track from BunnyCDN file system? Will the player be able to support the music file using a direct external link?
Hi, I setup a 3 song playlist. When I click the arrow(next to the like button) to repeat the song, a facebook login page opens. How do I fix this? Thank you.
Hi there,
We are running into an issue when we’ve placed zoomsounds on a landing page where upon hitting the “play” button before the audio player plays, the play button switches to a ”?” image as if it were buffering. This happens on both desktop and mobile
Do you have any knowledge as to why this may be occuring?

Is there any way to control how many demos are in a row on mobile devices? They seem to go into single file on tablets and phones, taking up a lot of vertical space, unless I configure it into 2 separate playlists.
https://www.soundnectarstudios.com/political-audio-post-production-voice-casting/political-vo-demos/Hello,
After installing and activating the DZS ZoomSounds plugin on my WordPress site, I’m getting a PHP warning indicating a missing file. On the front end and/or in the admin area I see:
Warning: include_once(.../wp-content/plugins/dzs-zoomsounds/inc/php/pcm-handler.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in: .../wp-content/plugins/dzs-zoomsounds/inc/php/DzsapView.php (line 5)
Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ’.../pcm-handler.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php84-fpm/lib/php’) in: .../wp-content/plugins/dzs-zoomsounds/inc/php/DzsapView.php (line 5)
Server path referenced: /home/platne/serwer202046/public_html/autoinstalator/resusmed.beardydev.pl/wordpress144159/wp-content/plugins/dzs-zoomsounds/inc/php/pcm-handler.php
It looks like the file “pcm-handler.php” is not present in the inc/php directory (or it wasn’t included in the plugin package / didn’t extract correctly).
Could you please:
confirm whether “pcm-handler.php” should exist in that location in the current plugin version,
provide the missing file or a full plugin ZIP package for reinstallation, and
share any installation/repair instructions or server requirements to resolve this issue (dependencies, file permissions, etc.)?
For context: the server is running PHP 8.4 (php84-fpm). WordPress is a fresh installation and other plugins are working normally.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards, Kamil
Hello Kamil
Do you have 7.0.0 ?
ZoomSounds > Autoupdater
Thanks for updating the plugin. After updating, I encountered a problem: all waveforms disappeared from the product pages where the player was located. I had to revert to the older version of the plugin, 6.64. Please help.
Hi there!
Two quick questions: Is there a lazy load feature for the player? I have a client that has about 80 demos loading into a page, and I want to make sure they don’t load in until the button is pressed.
Also, more importantly, is there any way to control how many demos are in a row on mobile devices? They seem to go into single file on tablets and phones, taking up a lot of vertical space.
Thanks, Denise Biondo
Oh, one more question, is there a way to download a backup of the player content?
Hello, I have just mistakenly purchased a ZoomSounds – WordPress Wave Audio Player with Playlist license – 26 Jan 2026 REGULAR LICENSE. Could you please process a refund? Thank you in advance.
Hello! I’ve installed your plugin but there’s a ton of bugs. Previews don’t work but the main thing is that i see constant errors in the backend and front end:
Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ’/home/u262172253/domains/fastresponse.ai/public_html/stage2/wp-content/plugins/dzs-zoomsounds/inc/php/pcm-handler.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php82/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php82/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’) in /home/u262172253/domains/fastresponse.ai/public_html/stage2/wp-content/plugins/dzs-zoomsounds/inc/php/DzsapView.php on line 5
I’m also not able to see the media library when the plugin is turned on.
Are you planning to fix this anytime soon?
The real path is dzs-zoomsounds/inc/php/pcmpcm-handler.php
can you update to 7.0.0 ?
ok the new version got rid of the error but it’s still too buggy. For example, I can only have the wave form players have the waves be dynamic, it doesn’t stay constant like on Soundcloud. The preview shows properly but what I see once published is a flat line which becomes dynamic once I play. How can I get a refund and cancel?
Hi, I do really like this plugin but there is some customization that I can seem to pinpoint https://www.soundnectarstudios.com/political-vo-demos/. I’d like to remove the gay scrub number and time to the right of the name. I’ve looked everywhere. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!
Hey
I get 404
Hi,
I’m using the DZS ZoomSounds plugin with two separate licenses on two different WordPress sites, and I’ve noticed a strange inconsistency in how the waveform is displayed.
In both cases:
I’m using the same audio file (exact same mix, uploaded to both sites). The player is configured with the same skin and settings (my web developer double-checked this).
However, the result is different:
On Site A, the waveform looks natural and detailed, with a nice dynamic shape. On Site B, the waveform looks flat/strange, almost compressed visually, even though it’s the same track.
So the same file, same plugin (licensed separately), and same settings are producing two very different waveform shapes.
Could you please advise:
1. Are there any specific settings (waveform generation mode, skin options, cache, etc.) that could cause this difference between two installations? 2. Is there a way to force-regenerate the waveform or reset whatever data the plugin uses to draw it? 3. Could server configuration or plugin version differences cause this kind of behavior?
I really like ZoomSounds and just want both sites to show the waveform with the same, more “organic” look as on Site A.
Thank you in advance for any guidance or troubleshooting steps.
Best regards.
Subject: Request for Refund – ZoomSounds Plugin Issues
Hi,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for the ZoomSounds plugin purchased from CodeCanyon.
Unfortunately, I encountered several issues after installing the plugin:
1. Display Problems: A wide white bar appeared at the bottom of the page, disrupting the layout. 2. Functionality Loss: The chat and audio player disappeared, affecting user experience. 3. Resolution Attempts: I tried disabling other plugins and themes, but the issues persisted.
Given these challenges, I am unable to use the plugin as intended. I would appreciate your assistance in processing a refund.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
[SickBa]
hello there, there is not any playist showed when trying to edit one of them since last update ! only a blank page with the title “gallery” ! in addition the path include_once(DZSAP_BASE_PATH . ‘inc/php/pcm/pcm-handler.php’); isn’t fixed ! i had to add it manually to avoid error…
send me login details I will check https://zoomthe.me/sendadmin/login-details.php
Hi.
I’m using your plugin! It’s a really cool tool! I recently noticed something annoying: if the title of a post with an MP3 file attached has a period, then when downloading the file, the extension field shows the part of the post title after the period instead of the MP3 file.
To make it clearer, I’m sending you the download link for the file I’m talking about: https://rap-music.ru/?action=dzsap_download&id=30648
And here’s the link to the file without the periods in the title: https://rap-music.ru/?action=dzsap_download&id=29766. This one downloads correctly.
Please tell me if there’s a way to fix this.
