Another strange issue I’m having: If there is more than 1 player on a page (for instance, a Woocommerce Shop page), the first time you click a Play button, it won’t play at all. But, after the first click, it will then allow the others to play. Any idea what this could be?

Hello. My Zoomplayer works great on desktop, but not on mobile or tablet. Embedded playlists and Woocommerce players only play the song until about the 1 minute mark, and then the audio cuts out. This happens on all songs, not just one song, and it only happens on mobile/tablet. How can I receive help with this issue? I am using the latest version of the plugin (6.90) and have support through CodeCanyon purchase.

Hey support, I have the zoomsound plugin on my WordPress and download tracks are on the wasabi server. Earlier it was working fine, but now it seems the download is broken, the tracks are being downloaded partially when the setting “Download Link links directly to file” is on. Let me know how can I contact you privately so I can share my website access. Also, can you check if the issue is present on your side too? (for cross-origin file)

It looks like the Amazon bucket feature only works for audio files placed in shortcode.

Can ZoomSounds upload audio to the Amazon bucket when I create a new WooCommerce product and attach a preview audio file and download audio file?

Can you disable hover play for mobile? Works great for desktop but on mobiles the hover feature makes the players reset instead of pausing. Some code I can add to functions.php? Thank you for any help.

Hello, I recently bought your ZoomSounds audio player, which is easy to use and looks good. I wanted to use the minimal skin on my website but the audio doesn’t play. If I choose any other skin in the configuration the audio plays. Only the minimal skin doesn’t work. I use WordPress version 6.2.2 and Elementor version 3.13.4. The theme I use is called Rife Pro version 2.4.16

Hi a quick question, can Zoom Sounds play media files through a link to external storage like Amazon S3, etc? Or do I have to host the files in Wordpress Media pool.

In 6.85 version of the plugin buttons “rev” and “frwd” don’t work. Neither does the “info” button.
