In attendance module you don’t mark Sunday as predefined holiday so in same manner you don’t have to mark Friday as predefined holiday,

The format for the academic year in session uses: 2026-27 That means that you study part of it in 2026 and finish in 2027. But in Latin America classes start in March and end in December, therefore the academic year should be 2026. Accept this format or I will have problems, confirm this detail before deciding to implement my academic site.
Currently if you will use 2026 format for session then hopefully it may face some issues only in dashboard widgets because in this 2026-27 format widget uses 2 years to show month data, however don’t worry we are fixing it soon through patch so you can use session format like 2026 instead of 2026-27. Please proceed with purchase and if you are facing issues in dashboard or anywhere else then once please contact to our support we will check and fix it.

1. ID card custom design option is available, please check this https://ibb.co/Q3RtKhW0 screenshot for reference, you can Background Image, Logo, Signature image, Header Color, fields selection etc.
2. You can add your logo with higher size and if required you can increase its size by making minor change in file, in support we will assist you for it.
3. a. Tally integration option is available through paid customization. 3. b. Please describe in more details about your QR code payment workflow so further we can confirm, however you can provide your QR code for payment and parent can submit payment details by using Offline Payment option present in Parent Panel.
3. c. Yes we can integrate KBL E-collect or any other third party service under paid customization.
4. Smart School already have addon for QR based attendance system, in which QR code of student or staff should be printed on their ID card then for marking attendance ID card QR code should be scanned by QR code camera/sensor based device (connected to your Smart School system).As we understood by your message, yes you can use staff mobile to take attendance through their mobile, mobile is a camera based device to scan QR codes for attendance.

I am considering purchasing the Extended License, but I have some questions. Would it be possible to have a demo of the Extended License to help clarify my understanding? This would allow me to make an informed decision on which license is best suited for my needs and avoid the need for a refund request.
There is no difference in look and feel or features or functionality between Regular or Extended license of Smart School because you will get same source code but the main difference of license which allows Smart School installation on single or multiple school/branch/end/client/server.
Smart School regular license allows to use Smart School for single school/branch/end/client/server. But if you want to use for multiple schools then we strongly suggest you to purchase extended license of Smart School and its addon products to use in unlimited multiple schools and also to resell Smart School and its addons to other clients. Extended license allows you to use or sell Smart School for unlimited installations or to sell your unlimited clients as single end product.

fee carry forward option not working properly. When I Carryforward fees of previous session TRANSPORT FEE not adding in balance. Please solve this bug in next release

The system currently displays previous year balances, which is helpful for visibility.
To improve operational efficiency, the system should be enhanced to allow for the direct collection of these outstanding balances. While visibility is a good first step, providing the functionality to process payments against previous year arrears would be a more comprehensive and appropriate solution. can this be done ?
As best practice previous year balance should be carry forward (use fees carry forward feature) to current year so previous year balance become part of current year fees and visible as top fees need to collect.
Am asking, when i promote students within the same session, does the teacher’s syllabus progress reset automatically or i have to rest it manually? And how do I maintain the old data before the promotion within the same session?

Sorry but currently there is no option for it in existing system. We can not confirm but will try to add this feature in upcoming updates.
