The scenarios are as follows: - 200 points give a €2 discount - 500 points give a €6 discount - 1,000 points give a €14 discount

Will I need any additional add-on? If so, which one?

- If I delete old orders, will that user’s points remain or will they be deducted?

- This is a very serious bug. Your plugin blocks the ability to activate HPOS in WooCommerce. You should fix this huge issue because it’s a vital feature, especially for very large ecommerce sites. I hope you’ll provide an update on this.

i tried for testing, after user bought product with minus point price(auto change into coupon), user point not decrease. meaning user can use that point multiple time without ending. please help.

We’re planning to purchase SUMO Reward Points – WooCommerce Points Reward System, and I’d like to confirm a few details before buying.

Our use case is a closed B2B partner rewards portal (not a public shop). Partners will log in, collect points manually assigned by the admin, and then redeem products using points only — no money involved.

Could you please confirm if the plugin supports the following scenario?

Products can be purchased with points only (no money, no payment gateway).

Each product can have a fixed points price defined by the admin.

Checkout total becomes 0 $ if the user has enough points.

Admin can manually assign or remove points from user accounts.

The system can work on a private WooCommerce site (login required).

Optionally: allow different tiers or multipliers for certain users (e.g., Silver, Gold partners).

Basically, we need to confirm that “Points-Only Checkout Mode” works out of the box and doesn’t require custom coding.

Hello! I’m interested in your plugin. I have a few questions:

1. A question about downgrading the customer’s level. For example, I will have 5 levels. The plugin downgrades the customer’s level after points expire due to non-use, and also after the customer redeems them for money when placing an order. Is it possible to prevent the level downgrade when the customer redeems points for money? In other words, the level should only be downgraded when points expire.

2. Over time, the database will accumulate records from the logs (earning, redeeming, and burning of points). The database will grow in size. Will this affect the website’s performance?

Hi, I’ve found that this plugin has been “autoloading” significantly large options “rs_data_to_export”, “rs_master_log_export_points_data” (in my case: over 600KB, and 70KB respectively) leading to slower page loads. Are these options needed to be autoloaded? Please consider updating the plugin to reduce autoloaded options.

We updated to the latest version of Sumo, and now, when the plugin is activated, some products display this error: “Only registered users can purchase this product. Click the link to create an account.” It happens only with variable products. Is there a setting for the specific products that cause this?

I just discovered a big problem with the plugin – The birthday points are being credit multiple times in the same day, resulting in customers receiving way more points and discounts that I can’t afford!

I’ve disabled the birthday points feature for now, but I can’t imagine continuing to use this plugin if this could happen again.

can i combine it with SUMO membership?
