The plugin triggers a “Function id was called incorrectly” error in class-fp-product-datas.php:390 due to deprecated $product->id usage. Please update product_id_from_obj() to use $product->get_id() for WooCommerce compatibility. This affects product loops and single product pages.

Hello, Is it possible to update expiry date for older orders? I increased 30 days to 60 days. But the order received before i did this still has 30 days to expiry. I need to update old orders’ points expiry dates.

I would like to have the social rewards icon (instagram) to reward the users on a specific area, not on a page or product because it doesn’t show the tooltip and on products I have a custom template and it doesn’t show it, and if it did, there’s no tooltip or any other instruction. I was also testing on my staging copy, the Promotion Reward Points module, I created a rule for customers and administrator (me), entered the multiplicator value: 2, set a date (entire month), saved it, and made a purchase. I did not get twice the reward points, only the regular amount for that product. How does it work, maybe I didn’t understood? there’s no information on the documentation pdf. Thanks

Hello! The plugin looks great. I have a question: does your plugin have an option to assign different levels? For example: a user has scored 1000 points for the entire period of his purchases, he goes to level 1, where he is given 15% for each purchase instead of 10%? If the user has scored 2000 points, he goes to level 2 and now he is credited with 20%.

Using the “Member Level” feature available in the plugin, you can award bonus points/free product to your users once they reach a certain level, but users can’t choose the gift product in the cart. It will be automatically added to the cart.

I have an issue with Advance Products Filter (APF) for woocommerce plugin and SUMO as reward system combined. We manage prices via this APF tool, not directly in woocommerce.
On product page SUMO doesn’t show messages (because price = 0 from woocommerce perspective, because it price management on APF extension)
On checkout page SUMO is working fine
Can you help with a fix to use app properly?

Dear developer, This plugin is very versatile which is great. But you should already start working on cleaning up and improving the backend part. It’s very messy. Not to mention the Messages section where it is very hard to identify where what text is displayed. Same goes for the documentation being cluttered in the PDF version. Also it would be time to make some sort of overview in the online version where everything is nicely categorized. Maybe you don’t see this because you created and programmed the plugin so you have a different view of it than a new user seeing it for the first time. Don’t take this in a bad way, but as feedback. I’ve been trying to get this plugin set up on the eshop for a week now but there’s so much that it’s taking time.
