I've had several problems with this plugin and EVERY time they try to blame it on anyone other than them. Blame the theme author....blame other plugins....anything to not have to take responsibility for their own mess.
It's a buggy plugin that, if I could do it over, I wouldn't buy again. I've invested way too much time on this. In a perfect world it would just work - AND they would support it properly. They don't.
There are lots of better options out there. Don't waste your time with the excuses from them like I did.
Looking through the other bad reviews - it's clear they make the same excuses with other people as well.
Thank you for proving my point for all to see. When there's a problem you can't handle you'd rather belittle and try to shut people up by giving them a refund.
I reject your refund and I'll ask you again. Can you fix your mess or not? If not I'll expect a refund of my extended support that I just bought again.
