for Customer Support

ok, so I am putting the main reason for rating as customer support but that is only because they are supporting a great plugin. I am probably using the simplest of settings for allocating rewards but it has so many options for awarding, rewarding, managing, redeeming, gifting, referring, social sharing etc. If you buy the plugin take the time to read through the documentation - well worth it. If you still need help you'll get it and usually within a matter of hours.

Like always, fantastic plugin team support is wonderful team, They gave us a great support to solve a problem in sumo reward point, The did not finish until the problem complitly solve in a very short time.I recommended on this plugin, It is very flexible and increase client sales.

for Design Quality

This plugin is huge, meaning it has many, many options that allow you to drill down to precisely how you would like rewards to work on your store. This can be a pro or a con depending on how much time you are willing to spend to get to know all of the numerous features. The help docs are a bit bare bones in that they don't go into an equal amount of detail to match the detail of the plugin, but the good thing is that customer support is responsive and they encourage you to reach out to them with any questions you may have. They usually have a reply to you within 24-48. All in all, a good, powerful plugin with very responsive support.

They were quick to resolve minor incompatibilities with the WooCommerce 3.0 release. I also worked with them to resolve an issue that I encountered and they quickly solved the problem and provided me with a fix within a day. I've always received great support.

Excellent plug in. Takes a little configuring however, for a non developer like myself the support team has been on hand to offer some excellent support. I would definitely recommend!

After some days my referral start to not work.
