Request for Dummy Data (Mock Data): Could you please send me the SQL dummy data file for installation? I would appreciate it if you could send it to my registered email address on CodeCanyon.
Addon Installation Process: To install the addons, should I simply upload the ZIP files through the Admin panel’s update section? I haven’t looked into the technical documentation in depth yet, so I wanted to confirm the standard procedure.

I noticed that the latest software update was implemented using AI. However, considering the waiting time, we expected more significant improvements, especially regarding payment management for large families.
Currently, when a parent pays one full fee and part of another, it is still necessary to issue two receipts, which remains inconvenient.
Yes we have used AI for implementing new backend theme mechanism which requires lot of work in almost all view files.

Hello thank for the update But with the availability of AI i think you can do better. This update is very minor compare to the availability of facilities to produce more effectively in lesser time.
To maintain a large size product, new features take more time than expected because existing system requires more maintenance, like updating PHP versions, whole backend theme changes, adding new payment gateways or libraries. Due to existing large codebase which was not originally developed using AI from scratch we are unable to use full flash AI based development for this type of products, however are trying to use as much as possible AI driven development to improve productivity.

Flutter based iOS app is expected to release around first week of February 2026. Also Smart School new version 7.2 is expected to release first week of February 2026 and soon we will upload its demo in few days then you can check it.

I do understand sometimes there is a lot of work load but believe there is room to improve. Good System, been using it for 2 years now no major issue and am happy with that so far. Just the Turn around time for tickets needs slight improvement.

I’m trying to install Smart School v7.1.0 on XAMPP (Windows) and I’m encountering an installer loop issue.
Environment OS: Windows
Web Server: Apache (XAMPP)
PHP Version: 8.2.12
Database: MariaDB 10.4.32
Database Driver: mysqli
What Works All server requirements pass in the installer.
Database connection is successful.
When I click Begin Install, the database is fully populated with tables and data.
No SQL errors during import.
The Issue After installation completes:
The system redirects to: http://localhost/kings/login But it immediately redirects back to: http://localhost/kings/install/start This happens even when I access directly: http://localhost/kings/index.php/loginThis suggests the system still thinks it’s not installed, even though the database is already populated.
If there is a known issue with Smart School 7.1.0 installer on Windows/XAMPP causing install state not to persist?

There is an “Offline Bank Payment In Student Panel” enable/disable option available for this in System Setting > General Setting > Fees in Smart School, so you should try to disable offline payments from there further.
