Hi! I’ve test the demo and it seems amazing. I have an specific need: In reports, I would like the option to filter for brands. We need to know kow many sals have been done daily for each brand. Is that possible?
Hi there,
Thank you for testing the demo we’re glad to hear that you liked our plugin
Regarding your requirement to filter reports by brand and view daily sales for each brand: this functionality is certainly possible, but it is not available by default in the plugin.
However, this can be implemented through customization, as it would require additional development to add brand-based filtering and reporting logic.
We kindly request you to connect with our sales team by creating a support ticket at support@webkul.com. Our team will review your requirement in detail and guide you through the next steps.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. We’ll be happy to help.

Pre sales question: Can i insert product image to Invoice Template? I need invoice with product images
Hello,
Greetings from Webkul!
With the current default functionality of the POS, product images cannot be added to invoices. However, you can edit or update the invoice logo if required.

Presale Question: I am evaluating payment terminal integration for my WooCommerce site (noithebrand.com), and came across your plugin “WooCommerce Stripe POS Terminal Connector + Point of Sale System for WooCommerce (POS Plugin)”.
Before proceeding, I would like to clarify the pricing model:
Is the purchase a one-time payment only?
Or does the plugin require a monthly or recurring subscription to remain functional?
Could you please provide the details of the fee structure, including any licensing or support costs?
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in our WooCommerce Stripe POS Terminal Connector + POS System.
To clarify — the plugin requires a one-time payment only. There are no monthly or recurring subscription charges to keep the plugin functional.

Does it show a custom currency icon in front like the WooCommerce default foreign currency? Or does it have its own currency selection?
Hello Again,
Greetings from Webkul!
Thank you for showing interest in the Point of Sale System for WooCommerce.
Yes, it shows a custom currency icon in front, just like WooCommerce’s default foreign currency. It follows the same process as WooCommerce to change the currency.
In POS, to change the currency, please follow these steps:
1)Go to WooCommerce → Settings.
2)Scroll to Currency Options.
3)Choose your Default Currency.
4)After setting these fields, click on the Save button.
5)To preview the changes at the POS end, simply reset and resync all data to view the updated currency.

Does this POS still not support decentralised stock management? For example, each outlet has its own dedicated stock quantity, while the online store uses the combined total across outlets for WooCommerce purchases?
I purchased the plugin earlier this year, but I was let down due to the lack of this function.
Hello there,
Greetings from Webkul!
Yes, the POS does support decentralised stock management. In our system, we provide two types of inventory options:
Central Stock Inventory – Multiple outlets share the same inventory. Any sales made from these outlets are deducted from this common stock. In this case, the WooCommerce store and the outlet stores use the same inventory.
Master Stock Inventory – Each outlet maintains its own dedicated stock, so stock levels are managed separately for every outlet. In this case, the WooCommerce store and the outlet stores use different inventories.
This flexibility allows you to choose whether to manage stock centrally or separately, depending on your business needs.
Guide: https://webkul.com/blog/woocommerce-pos/ https://marketplace.webkul.com/knowledgebase/what-is-the-master-stock-and-pos-stock-in-woocommerce-pos-system/
Steps to change the inventory settings:
1-Go to the Admin Dashboard
2-Navigate to Point of Sale
3-Open Settings
Under the General tab, select the inventory type (Master Stock or Centralised Stock)

1) Are you able to generate report P&L of daily, weekly and monthly sales? 2) Are you about to show what products sold earned the store most revenue and profit for that day, week and month? 3) Are you able to list products by most profitable and least profitable from this months, last month, past 3 months, 6 months sales?
Would be awesome if you have this as I am sure every store owner need this to understand what products they should re-purchase more and what products they should not waste money on going forward.
Apologies for the many questions. I am very interested in buying your plugin, and very likely to buy soon once my woocommerce store is ready.
Hello Again,
Greetings from Webkul!

Hi, I have a few questions if you do not mind:
1) Does the offline data of orders (maybe during an hour of no internet service), get automatically synced to the online WooCommerce site upon internet connectivity coming back online? Is there a standalone windows app that is used for offline?
2) Does the POS orders and products ordered info get synced with WooCommerce? I am not sure on this as I have never used a POS with WooCommerce, so want to check. The reason I am asking this is so I can keep track of overall sales of products report, as well as POS and Online website sales reports within WooCommerce or other addon reporting plugins to fetch sales data of orders as well as individual products. A bit of a technical question, but hope you can answer it.
3) Can I use this on multiple computers I use as a cashier (I do not have an actual cashier that is conencted with the POS, instead use a drawer to keep the cash, as well as the stand alone card payment receipts). So will the POS show me at the end of the day how much was paid by cash, and how much by card?
4) On the Orders history, it shows POS and WooCommerce. Does this mean in the order history fetch both POS and WooCommerce orders?
5) How does the cashier add new customers from the POS system. If the customer phone number already exists, will it show?
Hello,
Greetings from Webkul!
Thank you for showing interest in the Point of Sale System for WooCommerce.
1) Does the offline data of orders (maybe during an hour of no internet service), get automatically synced to the online WooCommerce site upon internet connectivity coming back online? Is there a standalone windows app that is used for offline?.
>>Yes, the offline order data automatically syncs with the online WooCommerce site once internet connectivity is restored. Additionally, there’s also an option to reset/resync orders manually. Currently, there is no standalone Windows app for offline use.
>>Yes, POS orders and product data are fully synced with WooCommerce. This allows you to track overall sales, POS sales, and online sales using WooCommerce reports or other reporting plugins.
3) Can I use this on multiple computers I use as a cashier (I do not have an actual cashier that is conencted with the POS, instead use a drawer to keep the cash, as well as the stand alone card payment receipts). So will the POS show me at the end of the day how much was paid by cash, and how much by card?
>>Yes, the POS can be used on multiple computers.
4) On the Orders history, it shows POS and WooCommerce. Does this mean in the order history fetch both POS and WooCommerce orders?
>>Yes, the order history includes both WooCommerce and POS orders. To filter only POS orders, you can navigate to Point of Sale > Orders.
5) How does the cashier add new customers from the POS system. If the customer phone number already exists, will it show?
>>Customers can be added directly from the POS. Please note that WooCommerce allows multiple users with the same phone number, but each customer must have a unique email ID.

1) is it possible to disable the discount button on the POS front end? 2) there is a whatsapp customer function in the demo. Is this achieve through twilio subscription? 3) I tried the demo and set up a coupon discount with excluded products. However, on the POS front end, the coupon discount is still being applied to the excluded product. Is this a bug? 4) to integrate with a specific payment processing terminal, what information do you need? I would need to know if I can get the required information from the payment terminal company before I ask for customization pricing from you.
Thank you!

1) how much will it cost for the customisation to remove the discount button?
2) when I tried the demo previously, I can set up a coupon code on the admin login and key in the coupon code on the POS panel. Now, I am not able to do that on the demo.
What I tried was I set up a coupon code “ABC”, which gives 10% discount on items except for product A. I can set this coupon on the woocommerce admin side, but when I use the coupon code on the POS side, all items get 10% discount, including product A, which shouldn’t be happening.
Is this a bug/error?
Hello Again,
