1. Sending Invoice via WhatsApp: To enable WhatsApp messaging for sending invoices, you need to configure the API Settings in your POS system. Please ensure you have set up the following Twilio credentials:

Twilio WhatsApp Number Twilio SID Twilio Auth Token

For the Twilio configuration, kindly check the user guide

Does it work with RnB rental booking plugin? The main thing is that we need to enter the pick up and return date and reduce the inventory for that product. So that the next customer will not be able to book for the same date if the inventory is not available. Please let me know.

In the latest woocommerce updates, the _global_unique_id field was introduced alongside the SKU. It is used for GTIN, UPC, EAN or ISBN codes.

I purchased this extension, but it’s not printing. You mentioned it would work in browsers other than Chrome, yet after buying a second extension for $299, it still doesn’t function. While support has been very responsive, the extension simply does not work.

Asking for a full Refund it is not plug and play and You have to be a full Admin Server to make it run

Hi I am noticing this error in my log files. Particularly when I have issues when pos orders not saving. The cashier checks out it seems like it is successful but no records are saved to the database. Can provide any idea on the cause of this I am using version 6.2.1. I have had this pos for years my support license has expired long ago.

We are trying to add the license key to verify the plugin, but when doing so, the button remains in “Processing” status and the plugin does not verify so we can’t access settings page.

The problem is that we have updated to the latest version of the plugin and now it does not allow us to access the POS because the license is not active and we cannot activate it. It is a website in production so it is a problem.

We have already submitted a ticket with all the info and admin access to the site, but we would really appreciate if you could respond as soon as possible as we are currently unable to access the POS and we have the business open right now.

When I try to activate the license through the popup or any other method (ex: License Tab) the same thing happens: the web stays in “Processing” and the plugin is not activated. Also, after a few seconds, the whole website crashes.
