POS Order Return & Exchange for WooCommerce
POS Order Return & Exchange for WooCommerce facilitates the POS user to manage both refunds and exchanges with ease. If a customer returns an order or specific products, the POS user can generate a return, upon which the order status is automatically updated to refunded and the inventory of the returned products is restocked automatically.
The exchange feature allows the POS user to replace the returned products with new ones, while the system instantly updates the order details, inventory, and price difference (if any). Additionally, the POS user can conveniently generate and print receipts for both returns and exchanges directly from the POS outlet.
Note:
- This Item only works with Webkul’s Point of Sale System for WooCommerce. Hence the POS Plugin is Required, to make use of this Plugin.
- In case the POS discount has been applied, then the complete order will get refunded instead of each item.
- POS Order Return for WooCommerce is compatible with POS Thermal Printer.
- This module is now compatible with WooCommerce’s new High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) feature.and Cart and Checkout block.
