I purchased and installed the plugin yesterday.
The plugin seems to have some bugs that prevent me from being able to save any changes. Any changes on any of the tab don’t stick after saving. I have repeatedly cleared litespeed cache and CDN but issues persist.
It is also not theme or plugin conflict since I used different themes and disabled plugins to test.
I have a wordpress multisite. the multisite is not installed on subdomain. It is installed in subfolder (example.com and example.com/site2).
I use: wordpress version 6.9.1 Woocommerce version ersion 10.5.2 Litespeed cache Version 7.7 php version 8.3
is the plugin compatible with my setup? Please revert urgently.

Just have a few questions:
1. Is it an AI Chatbox? 2. Do we need the OpenAI API to use this chatbox 3. Will I receive the message within the WordPress Dashboard (when someone sends me a message through the Chat) 4. How to train this chatbox since it is an AI Chatbox 5. Does this chat have the ability to solve the customer problem and can redirect the user if the customer need real support member?

1. Yes, it is a ChatBox/ChatBot
2. You can use it with or without OpenAI. The plugin has many built-in features like send a mail, product search, order history etc. that do not need any AI integrations
3. This feature is available with our other version on our website at woowbot.pro
4. You can use OpenAI GPT Asst. Also, a RAG feature is coming soon.
5. Yes, the ChatBot has built-in features to show options in the Start menu to contact you by email

1. It will work with the existing Woocommerce products. No need to add/edit products again.
2. It can work without OpenAI or DialogFlow if you do not want to use AI services. It has built-in product search, site search, email functions and a simpler alternative to AI services called Simple text responses.
3. No, it won’t work with your VPS OpenAI installation.

To create answers to user questions you can use: Simple Text Responses (built-in), FAQ , Site search(built-in), Product search(built-in), Latest products, Featured products, Catalog, Order Status
To collect information from your users you can use: Conversational forms, eMail us(built-in), Call me back(built-in), Collect feedback(built-in), Newsletter Subscription(built-in)

The features are already available as options. You won’t have to create anything. You can enable/disable them as needed.

I’m looking to set up a chatbot feature for chat support on my site. The chatbot should answer any questions related to the site’s topic—in this case, heavy equipment—using ChatGPT knowledge rather than internal knowledge. Is there a way to have the bot request users’ emails or phone numbers after a few exchanges?
You can ask for for email and phone number at the beginning of the conversation or users can click on a button on the start menu and submit a form. But it is not possible to ask for email/phone after a few exchanges.
