BAD UX on mobile, can't scroll properly, the virtual keyboard opens itself and the chat get lost in the top. This is happening even using the full screen mode.

The WoowBot has been great choice and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a solid chat plugin with unique features not found in other chat plugins with 5 star support, look no further!

WoowBot started out quite basic but over time the amount of support and additional features added had really made it into a 5 star chat plugin.

Support has been fantastic, keep up the great work guys!

PS: Any chance you could add an option to disable WoowBot Opening notification messages on mobile only?

PPS: Could you add Override WoowBot Icon's Position for mobile?

Great Idea! But few times gives 500 Internal Server error! Need to be updated asap to resolve the bugs & errors inside it.

It would help if you would kindly report any bug through the comment system or better yet email quantumcloud@gmail.com . No server error was reported or found so far. It is, perhaps, something with your server, another plugin or specific settings. We will need more information to troubleshoot.

Brilliant idea and works very smoothly. It should encourage visitors to quickly view products and receive support if needed. There is now an option to disable on mobile but it works easily on mobile so will keep it enabled. Many thanks.
