Hi there,
I have bought your plugin twice since i run it on 2 websites and it’s great!
Now there is an issue which is quite weird…
I have added 9 text boxes which appear depending on what the user chooses…the issue is that your plugin creates a space before and in between the price label which we added! Why is it adding the space since they should only appear if the user chooses number 1 – 9 from above?
Hello,
Apologize for the inconvenience caused. Could you please share URL of the page where you are having this issue? It will help to analyze and suggest.
Thank you!
Hi there,
Check our website and you will see how much space there is above the pricing labels! On smartphones the space is huge
Hi,
Yes that space is huge!
If you choose 9 packages for example that space decreases so it means the hidden conditional adds the space?!
How can i remove it?
Having issues, payments not going through. Saying they could not be processed at this time. Can you help?
Hello,
The issue may be occurring due to a server-side error. Possible causes include compatibility issues, insufficient server resources, or another unidentified problem.
To confirm the root cause, please check the debug logs:
wp-content/debug.log for Stripe
wp-content/eForm-PayPal-{Sandbox|Live}.log for PayPal
Please enable WordPress debugging and check whether any error logs are generated in the wp-content directory. This will help us identify the exact cause of the issue.
To enable debugging, add the following settings to your wp-config.php file:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
After enabling these settings, reproduce the issue and check if any error logs are generated. If you find any, please share them with us for further analysis.

Hello,
Could you please share the form URL along with the login details on the support forum? This will help me log in and review the issue.

Hi! We use a form to register customers for their purchases and want them to receive an email notification with a unique serial number, such as notification number 1, the next notification number 2, and so on. Then, at the end of the period, we randomly select a winner based on their number. How can we set up logic so that each customer is assigned a unique number?
Hello,
Each submission is assigned a unique Submission ID, which is included in the email notification sent along with the submission details. You can also customize the Submission ID format through the settings.
For more information, please refer to the documentation here: Modifying Submission ID inside Summary Table.
Let me know this will work for you.
Thank You!
Critical admin UI bug – JS error in jquery-ipt-plugin-ui-admin.min.js breaks form settings layout
https://prnt.sc/r49VhoCg_djr https://prnt.sc/2VcZ7vjx8Ion https://prnt.sc/sSOj_U5XwDq9 https://prnt.sc/ukSAAhjIMpgNHello,
We have a reproducible bug in the eForm admin form builder UI.
Environment: - WordPress: latest (6.x) - eForm version: 4.19.1 - Browser: Chrome (also tested in Firefox) - No admin-side caching or optimization enabled
Problem: The form settings UI becomes unreadable: elements overlap, layout collapses, and the builder switches into a broken state. Functionality still works, but the admin interface is visually broken and very hard to use.
Technical details: There is a JavaScript error in the admin scripts:
Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression at jquery-ipt-plugin-ui-admin.min.js?ver=4.19.1
The error occurs inside the function: uiApplyConditionalSelect()
Specifically on this logic: $(”.” + n).stop(true, true).show();
Because of this JS failure, UI rendering logic stops executing, which breaks the layout of the settings panel.
Important: This appears to be caused by the obfuscated/minified admin JS file. Without access to the original (non-obfuscated) source, it is impossible to safely patch on our side. Only the plugin developers can fix this properly.
What we tested: - Issue is reproducible on multiple forms - Happens with default WP admin theme - Happens with all other plugins disabled (via troubleshooting mode) - Not related to browser zoom or screen size - No theme or CSS conflicts involved
Temporary workaround: We can only apply cosmetic CSS fixes, but this does not solve the underlying JS error.
Request: Please confirm this bug and provide: - a fixed admin JS file or - a patched update of the plugin
We can provide console screenshots and screen recordings if needed.
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for sharing the error log and screenshot. Please disable the Sandbox eForm Admin Pages option in WordPress Dashboard > eForm > Settings.
Let me know if the issue persists after updating this setting.
No, its no help

Can we create a public visible user profile page, user dashboard for the user to showcase the posts submitted by theme and also charge them for submiting posts using Razorpay / Zoho payments? If yes, can u pls guide me to the right documentation for this.
Hello,
It is possible, but it requires some manual steps. We support Stripe, Amazon Pay, and PayPal payment gateways.
What we can do is create a post-publishing form using the Guest Blogging Element, and then publish the post once the payment has been confirmed.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
When you say manual steps. What exactly you mean by that. Also, how about providing subscriptions to users. For example if they have paid for plan A they can post 10 articles in some categorie 1 and 2 and with plan B they can post in category 3 and 4?
Hello,
By “manual steps,” we mean that when a user submits a post, it will be saved as a draft. You will need to publish it manually once the payment confirmation is received.
Sorry, but subscription-based features and adding post limitations are not supported by the plugin.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Ok, so you are saying that user will do the payment and then will submit the post. The submitted post needs to be maually approved by the admin. That looks fine. Regarding the other questions that I had is there any other plugin that we can integrate with eforms to get this functionality?
Hello,
At the moment, we don’t have any third-party plugin integrations available for subscription functionality.
Ok, Is there an option to showcase the users in a user directory or something similar? Just to clarify, there is no subscription feature and as an admin we can’t specifiy in which category the user can post. Users can pay per post. After they submit the post they will be asked to do the payment. Do we have an option to provide discount coupons? Can we configure Zoho payments? If there is no user directory feature. Is the plugin compatible with the theme “Newspaper”?
Hello,
- You can make user registration mandatory, which will allow you to manage usage through the WordPress core Users dashboard.
- Categories need to be handled manually. While you can allow users to select a category during post submission, if an incorrect category is chosen, you can adjust it before publishing the post.
- You may either redirect users to a separate payment page or integrate the payment process directly within the same form.
- Yes, discount functionality is supported within the payment system. Please refer to the following documentation for details: https://eform.live/fsqm/payment-system/enabling-the-payment-system-in-a-fsqm-form/
- Zoho payment configuration is supported only through WooCommerce integration.
- User directories can be managed using the default WordPress user management system.
- At this time, we are not aware of any compatibility issues with the Newspaper theme. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to report them in our support forum.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
Hi,
Can a query string URL be used to preselect dropdown options?
Hello,
Yes you can use query string from the URL using Prefill type, please check details of the feature here in https://eform.live/fsqm/fsqm-form/default-options-mcq-elements/
Let me know if you have further queries.
A quick comment just to say this plugin is excellent and has been the bedrock of a small business for a few years now. Five stars!
Hello,
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that the plugin has been a solid foundation for your business over the years. Your support and five-star rating truly mean a lot to us.
thanks! However, I bought an additional license ACCIDENTALLY, and I’m still waiting to hear from you about the refund request. Could you please be so kind as to process that? I’ve already bought 3 licenses and the 4th was an accident :/
Hello,
Apologize for the delay. Please raise a refund request from your Envato account.
thanks bhamesh, that’s in the system already and just needs you to click it through.. keep up the good work, thanks!
Hello,
Refund given. Thank you for your patience.
Looks like a nice replacement for my NEX-forms. Too bad I missed the Black Friday sales
Just a couple of questions before I make up my mind. 1) Do you support S3-like CDNs for uploaded files? 2) Any plans of supporting hCAPTCHA? 3) Can I have the Black Friday deal if I get 2 licences?
Hello,
Thank you for your interest and the kind words — we’re pleased to hear you’re considering us as a replacement for NEX-Forms.
Please find our responses below:
1. Currently, we do not support S3-compatible or external CDNs for file uploads. However, since uploads are handled via WordPress’s built-in media storage, you can use a third-party plugin for this purpose and it should work seamlessly with our plugin.
2. hCAPTCHA is not supported at this time, but we do offer Google reCAPTCHA integration.
3. Black Friday discounts are no longer available. That said, we do provide all our add-ons freely included with the plugin.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
Hey
Any Chance we get a Cloudflare Turnstyle integration for this? Unfortionatly reCaptcha is not the prefered way anymore for many people.
Hello,
Sorry, This option isn’t available right now, however we’ll be happy to consider it in our future updates.
That would be an amazing feature for a future upgrade… Bots are getting smarter
Hi, When is the plugin and add-ons going to support php 8+? A search of the comments shows a consistent theme, plugin and/or add ons (which are essential to the form function in my case) do not support php 8+. I had to downgrade to version 7.4 after eform kept causing critical errors and crashing the site. PHP 7.4 is depreciated and no longer receives security updates, and is much slower than the updated versions. Slow site equals lower conversion rate. And this plugin is a tool I use to boost conversions. I currently have 3 licenses and I could use this plugin with every new client. However, I find it difficult to do this when the plugin isn’t being maintained properly. I’m reaching a point where I’m going to have to move away from eform and find another solution.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and for your long-term use of our plugin. We understand your concerns regarding PHP 8+ compatibility, especially given the security and performance benefits of newer PHP versions.
We want to assure you that all of our official add-ons have been tested and are working fine with PHP 8+.
To help us prioritize and address the issues you are encountering, could you please specify the critical errors you experienced with PHP 8+? Also, are you having issues with a particular add-on, or are you experiencing problems with all of add-ons when running on PHP 8+? Knowing the exact issues you faced will allow our development team to investigate and provide a more accurate timeline for full PHP 8+ support.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to your response.
I’m now using PHP 8 and it appears stable.
hello, i have 5 quick presale questions: I want to use the plugin to do marketing quizzes.
1. Can I show show different outcome based on result (after submission) via scoring method (see question 3 for more info)?
Separately, can I redirect to a different link based on outcome?
2. Can I embed video on a quiz?
3. Would I be able to do each type of this type of quiz:
a. Personality quizzes: there’s 4 outcomes, depending how people answer, they will receive more points towards a certain outcome. The highest scored outcome wins.
b. What your strength score (each specific answer will provide points towards one score, but every answer has different points—Example: for Question 1: answer 1: 35 points, answer 2: 5 points, answer 3: -5 points)
Outcome: 72%
4. Can I show question at a time?
5. webhooks for sending data after submit?
thank you
Hello,
Thank you for your enquiry, please see my comment below -
1. Yes, this is possible. You can view a live example here: https://eform.live/examples/#efl-ex-form-29
2. Yes, you can embed them using the dedicated Embed Code element.
3. Please review the quiz example available at the URL shared above and let us know if you have any further questions regarding it.
4. Yes, this is possible using the tabular form feature.
5. This is possible through custom integration. You can find more details on how to set this up here: https://eform.live/fsqm/fsqm-integration/zapier-custom-url-based-integration-eform/
Please let us know if you have any further queries.
Is there a way to check statistics for all forms at the same time?
We already have eForm and also bought the additional export plugin, but we can only export for single forms, can’t see most valuable data for all forms combined.
On a site with 80 forms, it takes lots of time to gather all the data.
Thanks.
Hello,
I apologize, but it is not possible to export all forms simultaneously from the plugin dashboard. However, this is manageable directly through the database. Could you please clarify your purpose for needing this export?
Hi there!
I have been using eForm for 6 years and I consider it one of the best form builders!
But it has some pitfalls that make using it unnecessarily complicated and that have simply not been improved over the years. This has to do with the interface, the editing of the form, the individual style options and so on. None of that is really possible. You can’t go into the frontend and say that one element should look a certain way and another element should look another way. That is simply not possible. You can only apply changes globally. You also can’t say that a specific section should have its own styling. This would be very easy for you to implement but it has never been done. Not for over 6 years.
And then there is another huge issue that repeatedly drives me up the wall, and that is the conditional logic. We do not have a correct, intelligent check that identifies which fields were previously defined so they can be declared as selectable fields. That is simply not possible. It is not built intelligently enough. I can imagine that for very complex forms like the one I have created, it might be difficult to display everything, but I see that other form builders manage this as well. Working here with IDs and numbers only creates problems.
There also needs to be intelligent logic so that when an element is changed and this affects conditional logic on another level, an error message must appear. These things are essential for very complex forms. This has simply not been solved well yet. In my opinion, your form builder is one of the best available, but you really need to continue improving and optimizing it. It is now 2025 and eForm still looks the same as it did 6 years ago. I would really appreciate it if these things could be improved. Styling must be made easier. Constantly handling custom CSS everywhere is not a good solution.
The same goes for emails. You cannot properly build and design emails the way you want. Sometimes I have to use PHP or JavaScript just to configure certain things. Show manually an input field in a email is not possible, only predefine field als possible. You need to offer better customization options. Why not a front end email builder? You have included many features, which is great. Now you need to allow more customization, truly enabling individuality. And the conditional logic must be improved. Otherwise I will not continue using eForm next year. It is essential and necessary because working with your conditional logic is extremely frustrating.
Also AI Aera is coming, an AI PDF to eForm will be nice or a type to eform prompt field..
Thanks!
Greetings,
Thank you for your long-term support of eForm and for sharing your detailed feedback. We appreciate you highlighting your concerns regarding the interface, styling flexibility, and conditional logic. We are continuously working to enhance eForm, and while we understand your desire for more granular control and advanced logic features, the current design is optimized for stability and broad compatibility across our user base. We believe that the existing features, including the use of custom CSS for specific styling needs and the current conditional logic system, provide a robust and manageable solution for the majority of our users. We are always evaluating new features, but major overhauls to core systems like conditional logic and styling are complex and must be approached with caution to avoid disrupting existing forms. We value your input and will keep your suggestions in mind as we plan incremental updates. Thank you again for your feedback.
Can the embed code block be used to add php?
I have 2 problems that is either overlooked or broken in the current form version. Firstly, with the woocommerce integration enabled, the plugin adds the variable product to cart on submission. This part works fine. However, if the user edits their quote, the updated price is not updated in the cart. Second, if the user returns to their edited quote after their session has ended, saving the form does not add the quote to the cart. Eform does not reconnect to woocommerce from the edited form, which means there is no way to complete the purchase online unless they complete the purchase in the initial session.
Hello,
Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, this type of workflow is not supported at the moment.
its possible to make a submission pending and then sending payment link after confirm it?
Hello,
At this time, this process cannot be automated and requires manual handling. Let me know if you have further queries.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve been using eForm for a few years on a previous project and was totally satisfied with it.
I’m now working with a new client who runs a vehicle rental business (SUVs, vans, and trucks — for transporting people, animals, or equipment).
I’d like to know if it’s technically possible to create the following kind of booking catalog using eForm:
Display a catalog of vehicles with photos and details.
Let users fill in a form with their specific criteria: • Dates • Transport type (People / Equipment / Both) • Luggage • Ski or other special equipment • Children on board (yes/no) • Sick persons on board (yes/no) • Special event (wedding, etc.) — optional but could trigger some extras (e.g., champagne on board) • Flight or train number (informational only, not part of the calculation)
Based on the user’s input, the system should display available vehicles that match those criteria, and allow the user to pay online to confirm the booking.
Could eForm handle this type of conditional logic and output (showing filtered vehicles + payment), or would you recommend an integration or add-on to achieve this?
Thanks in advance for your help and insights!
Hello,
Thank you for sharing the detailed requirements. Based on my review, this can be achieved for a small number of vehicles using conditional logic. However, it may cause issues if the number of vehicles is large.
What is the total number of vehicles you’re aiming for?
Thank you Bmahesh for your answer. So it’s for 10 vehicules and a progression to 20 but never more. Do you think it can fit ?
Hello,
I believe it shouldn’t cause any major issues for this number of vehicles, although we would need to verify it with the actual implementation.
Let me know if you have further queries.
Thank you!
Btw, does your add-on offers functionality to save user summited files in my cloud service?
Thank you.
Hello,
Apologies for the delay. The add-on bundle will be available in the package you download from Envato. Unfortunately, we do not offer a feature to save submissions directly to cloud services. However, you can send submissions to cloud services using eForm’s custom integration.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Do this plugin support multisite network? That is, with one WordPress and this plugin installation, the sites owner can run multiple websites with different domain names And the content of each domain website can be completely different. If supported, what is the entire operation process and sequence?
Hello,
Apologize for the delay. Yes, our plugin is multisite compatible with few limitation. Please check more information here in https://eform.live/eform-easysubmission/installation-updation-eform-easysubmission/wordpress-multisite-installation-3/
Let us know if you have further queries.
Thank you!
Does it support Divi Builder?
Hello, I need to build a form where the user can add multiple nominees. There will be two fields – one will be “Relation with Applicant”, which will be a drop-down menu, another field will be “Name of Nominee”, which will be a text field. There will be a button with “plus” sign, next to the “Name of Nominee” field. Clicking the “plus” button will keep allowing the user to add multiple nominees. Can I be able to build like that with your plugin? If so, how? Also, is there a way to show a print/download button on form submission where user will be able to print/download their form response?
Hello,
Apologies for the delay. This functionality is certainly supported by our plugin. You can review an example here: https://eform.live/examples/#efl-ex-form-43
It’s also possible to print or download the responses submitted by users.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
Can we make the “Print” or “Download” option available for the user? As per my requirement, the user will submit the form and will get a print out of the confirmation page. The confirmation page should be customisable with dynamic fields from the form.
Hello,
Yes, users can download the submitted data as a PDF, which can then be printed as needed. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
Can we customize the PDF?
Hello,
You can customize which items appear in the summary table, but modifying the overall layout isn’t possible without altering the code.
Let me know if you have further queries.
Thank you!
can you show a screenshot of the form submission summary table?
Hello,
Please check the files here: https://www.transfernow.net/dl/20251117E7vtr6rM
You can also test this yourself using the following link: https://eform.live/examples/#efl-ex-form-29
Once you complete the submission, you’ll see options to Print and Download. Section in the downloaded PDF are manageable from the settings. Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
When using the tabbed version of a form it looks like there are accessibility issues being caught. Axe DevTools (plugin is available for Chrome or Firefox) currently says that the tabs have “interactive controls that must not be nested”. Those tabs get a tabindex of -1 but it doesn’t prevent focus on them.
Hello,
Thank you for pointing that out. We’ll review the accessibility issue with the tabbed form version and adjust the structure to ensure compliance. We’ll test it using Axe DevTools as well to confirm the fix.
