I need support with something, Im willing to pay $100 if you can get it done for me in a week. Here are my issues: 1. On the admin panel when I try to upload a new update, the file is unable to upload. 2. When you click on any category it takes almost 2mins before it loads. this happened immediately I installed version 10 upwards. (I have 126 categories)

For the update, where can I find the 10.2.1 zip file? There is no folder from the old zip file.

The entire update process is clearly written on the documentation. Please search this on documentation pdf “How to update”. That’s it.

We do not dismiss verified bugs. However, every report must be validated against the product’s documented behavior and configuration logic before it can be classified as a bug. In your earlier message, both points you raised align with the current system design:

These behaviors are consistent across our test environment and live demos.
