Dear Support, I am using an ancient version of Worksuite CRM and am not aware of its current version. I have purchased and downloaded the latest version of Worksuite and installed it on a subdomain. I would like to know how I can get the version I am currently using and how I can migrate it to your latest version

I have migrated my domain to hostinger cloud and wanted to re install the app there.. Unfortunately the domain/public/install or any other variation is just not working.. check.php works fine and all the sections are green, but the installer doew not load.. any suggestions / directions I can take?

Feature Query – Worksuite Attendance System
In Worksuite, if we have employees, is it possible to implement automatic attendance using a QR code, where an employee scans the QR code and their attendance is marked automatically with a timestamp?
If an employee is late, for example:
Shift time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Employee logs in at 10:05 AM or 10:10 AM
Will the system automatically mark the employee as late?
Similarly, if an employee logs out early, can the system record this as early logout?
Is it possible to:
Track late working hours
Log the employee’s IP address or location during login and logout?
Can we define a shift buffer, for example 10 minutes, so that logging in within this buffer is not marked as late?
Are all these features supported in the current Worksuite system, or would they require customization?

I have a question…. when someone upgrades a package does the amount that has already been paid for gets credited in the upgrade?? For example if you pay $50 on the 1st for plan A and upgrade to the $100 plan B on the 15th would you get the $25 credit applied and only be charged $75 when you upgrade? thanks

How do i enable Recurring tasks and also can i assign shift to a project or based on projects
Recurring Tasks: Recurring tasks can be enabled from the task -> by selecting the recurring task option and defining the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Once enabled, the system will automatically generate tasks based on the selected schedule. Shift Assignment: Shifts cannot be assigned directly to a project. Shifts are assigned to users/employees
Can we enable saas tenants to use their own email to send emails like invoices, messages and notifications etc?
No , its not possible email communication is centralized, not tenant-specific.
Great product overall and huge potential to improve. Love it.
Big issue though: the verification email for a new company DO NOT get sent. We have the following:
1. turn on email confirmation in app (since we already got a ton of spammers 2. the mailing overall works (as the main ADMIN I received a notification that a new company is registering. We use maillgun for SMTP and it works. 3. the email for the “company” testing the registration flow WORKS (just regisred on Capterra andn got the verification email in 30 seconds).
The company email (newly registered) doesn’t get the verification code email, thus cannot verify.
Please advice.

3. what is the code structure like, can you promise the codes are totally clean, optimized, well structured according to professional industry standards.. no issues and excessive bugs. i bought many scripts on code canyon and most the structure is never good or full of bugs.
4. do u have mobile apps specifically for this script and what the version of the app.
5. do u have this script as a complete single vendor version and not mutli vendor where i have to just disable vendor option. i dont want big bulky site

The code is clean and optimized, and the application is bug-free. However, if you face any issues, you can report them and the team will fix them in an upcoming update or apply a quick fix on your server.

I purchased the Extended License specifically because the item description mentions mobile applications. After installing the script, I realized that there is no mobile app source code anywhere in the download — no Android project, no iOS project, no documentation about it, and no clear instructions on how to obtain it.
I opened a support ticket more than three days ago asking a simple question about where the mobile app source code is or how to access it. Until now, I have received zero response, not even an acknowledgement. This is disappointing because I never requested support before and expected at least basic communication.
The script works, but the lack of transparency about the mobile application and the very slow support response make the overall experience frustrating. If the mobile app is not included, they should clearly state that in the description. If it is included, users should not have to wait days just to get basic information.
I hope the authors improve their support time and clarify the situation regarding the mobile app.
