Mate, it seems like something is missing.
On the restaurant page, customers’ reviews are visible, but when the restaurant replies to those reviews from their own panel, their responses are not shown on either the mobile app or the website.
The restaurant can write a reply, but no one can see it. How can we fix this issue? Also, can you add this to your update list?

you need to create the template inside the kmrs in admin panel -> notifications -> template
if your familiar with html you can replace the content of email with your formatted html

Many people are confused about how to use Prepare Time and Time Slots, and the correct usage needs to be clearly explained.
In my opinion, it would be better to use Time Slots the same way as before. For pre-orders, customers should first select a date and then select a time.
For example, if the preparation time is 30 minutes and the restaurant opens at 11:00 AM, the earliest available pickup time should be 11:30 AM.
The current method is very difficult to understand. Simple is the best!

Let me explain this clearly and simply.
1. Time Slot
Time slots are the available times shown at checkout for scheduled orders.
For example, if:
Time interval = 30 minutes
Current time = 8:00 AM
The list of selectable time slots will be:
8:30 AM
9:00 AM
9:30 AM
10:00 AM …and so on.
This is only for scheduled orders, where the customer chooses a specific delivery time.
2. Preparation Time
Preparation time is the restaurant’s preparation duration, used for display and calculation.
For ASAP orders:
Current time
Preparation time (e.g. 30 minutes)
Delivery travel time
This gives the estimated delivery time shown to the customer.
3. Why This Cannot Be Used as “Delivery Time”
You’re asking to save this calculated time as the delivery time, but we cannot do that.
Reason:
The system must save what the customer actually selected
ASAP
or a specific scheduled time slot
Automatically replacing it with a calculated time would remove the customer’s original choice, which is not correct and can cause issues later (tracking, disputes, reporting).
So:
Customer choice is saved
Estimated delivery time is calculated separately

this is for customer app and you need to have this addon and register the purchase code for customer app as well take note purchase code for kmrs and customer app is different

Hi! I have to ask 2 things 1. Checkout loading very slow 2. On Checkout this mesage appears “Please select valid payment method”. “Pay on delivery” is enabled form Backoffice, also on Merchant and also on customer. Why customer on checkout don’t have payment method to select?? We want at first customer pay on pickup only.

2. its because there are no payment method added yet by the customer you need to add payment first at select payment method now if you cannot see any payment method
it will depends in your merchant type
membership = this means all payment will receive by merchant directly and merchant will need to set the payment settings in merchant panel
commission = this means all payments will go to admin/website owner and the payment settings will be use is in admin panel

1. Can you give more details what is the problem? 2. I have created “Pay on delivery” from backoffice and enabled for merchant. Also from merchant account i did the same. So on customer account i am trying to add this payment and i get message [ “Payment already exist” ]!. Also i tried to create a new payment eg Pay on Pickup. Enabled for Merchants and also on Merchant account. On cutomer account when i try to add payment i get error “TypeError: can’t access property “showPaymentForm”, this.$refs[e] is undefined”.

2. did you add your own payment gateway? cause that error will appear if you added new payment gateway
take note that this is not automatic when you add payment you will need to implement the code for that only what added in kmrs will work

I set everything up the same way for two restaurants, but one restaurant receives text messages when an order is placed, while the other does not. Is there anything I might have missed?
I checked the SMS log, and only one restaurant appears there—there is no record for the other one.
in merchant panel -> merchant -> settings -> notification settings -> Enabled Notification and add merchant number
As you suggested, I have already completed the setup, but the SMS messages are still not being delivered.
Is there any additional SMS configuration required on a per-restaurant basis?
Another restaurant with the same setup is receiving SMS messages without any issues. Why do SMS messages work for some restaurant phone numbers but not for others? Is there any setting or restriction that can disable SMS functionality for specific phone numbers?
For reference, I am using Twilio.
since you mention your merchant is receiving sms then it should apply to all
try to set only 1 phone number and always check the sms logs in backoffice from their you can see if there is sent sms or not

My friend, There is another question,please consider this: automatically refresh the actual order address every time you launch the app. This setting will prevent disputes. In practice, if 10 people order food, 9 will use their current location as the delivery address, and only 1 will choose a previous address. Under the current settings, if the address from point A to point B is within a certain delivery range, it’s disastrous. The customer will wait a long time because points A and B are at different distances from the restaurant. Therefore, automatically grabbing the current address each time the app is launched and promoting nearby restaurants is beneficial.
