No, the admin app will not be released with the upcoming Flutter app. Currently, the Android app is for students and parents only. A new Flutter version for both Android and iOS is under development and expected in 1–2 months, after which the Admin app will be released.
However if you want it currently so teacher will login through app then you can customize your Smart School Android App for admin webview so teacher/staff will also login through app but in backed it will run web, for more details about admin webview please contact to our support https://support.qdocs.net/ .
Regarding WordPress, yes, you can use a WordPress site as your front-facing website and still have Online Admission working by linking or integrating the Online Admission module. Even if the front side of Smart School is disabled, Online Admission will continue to function. Smart School runs as a standalone system, so you can host WordPress as your front site while keeping Smart School in a separate folder to manage students and school activities efficiently.

Yes, the Smart School Biometric Attendance App supports multiple devices, allowing 3 or more devices to record attendance simultaneously. All devices must be on the same network, and attendance from all devices is sent centrally to the Smart School system for faster and accurate attendance management.
Can We Send Exams Results, Attendance Messages, or Any General Message Through Whatsapp on Parents Mobile?
Currently, Smart School does not support WhatsApp notification messages. However, in upcoming updates, we will release an add-on for WhatsApp, which will allow you to send exam results, attendance alerts, and other notification messages directly to parents’ WhatsApp mobile number.

Hi Smart School Team, Great work on the system The overall features are really good.
I just have one question and Request. I noticed that the Accounting/Finance module is very limited. The system shows only a basic finance report, but it doesn’t seem like a full accounting system.
Do you have any plan to add a complete Accounting Module in future?It would be very helpful if the system could include features like: • Multiple payment methods (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank, etc.) • Proper Income & Expense management • Chart of Accounts • Journal Entry & Transactions • Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow • Account-wise reports & summaries • Asset, Liability, Equity, Income & Expense tracking
A full accounting module would be extremely useful for schools and would add great value to Smart School.

Unfortunately, Smart School currently does not support full accounting features. However, we are working on an Accounting addon module (including full accounting features) for Smart School, which is expected to be released with an upcoming Smart School update or sometime later.

I would like to kindly request that, if the Accounting module is released as a separate addon, please ensure that all accounting-related data are automatically inserted or synchronized from different parts of the system.
For example: • Fee Collection • Admission Fees • Exam Fees • Other Income • All Expense modules
All these should auto-update into the Accounting module (journal entries, account balances, reports, etc.) without manual duplication.
At the same time, it would be great if the Accounting module also supports manual entries for adjustments or special transactions when needed.
This kind of automatic + manual accounting integration will make the system more accurate, professional, and very useful for real-world school accounting.

Like in class 10 some student choose only hindi and english, some student choose hindi and math only, and some student select all subject. 2: or have any option for Attendence via Select only Class without select Sction. Yes, the Smart School Biometric Attendance App sends all biometric attendance data directly into your Smart School Admin Panel.
Student biometric attendance will appear in Attendance > Student Attendance.
Staff biometric attendance will appear in Human Resource > Staff Attendance.
It works exactly the same as manually entering attendance and uses the same Smart School database, so there is no separate panel or separate database required.
