Hello. Please, coud you check our ticket in your support system? https://www.bolderelements.net/support/tickets/ticket/?ticket_id=4307 BR Tommy.

I have responded to your ticket, however I’m not sure if it quite answers your question. Please review and respond there if I can help with anything further.

Here’s what I need:

1. Normally, if the cart total is under $30, a $5 delivery charge applies. If the cart total is above $30, shipping is free.

2. However, for certain products—specifically those in a class like “Atta/Rice”—I always want to charge $2.50, even if the cart total is above $30.

3. In short, if a product from the “Atta/Rice” class is in the cart, free shipping should not appear. Instead, it should charge $2.50. If that class is not present, then the normal $5 or free logic applies.

Can your paid version allow me to conditionally disable free shipping based on product classes or categories? I’d appreciate confirmation that your premium solution can handle this exact scenario.

Thank you!

Hi, when im setting up the conditions, it wont allow me to add any as it says “No shipping options have been added yet” why is it saying this

Hi,

How can I access the demo? The password or username is incorrect.

Thanks for the help.

Our clients purchased also this plugin and stuck in massive problems and nobody reply via support system. Which wordfence message are you getting and you fixed it? We also have warnings from wordfence and a lot of fatal errors and no option to handle the pricing for new shipping methods (no cost label shown). Did you also reported this plugin to envato and give them a negative review?

Hello,

Is this plugin still supported?

No updates for more than a year and many warnings with the latest WooCommerce and WordFence giving alerts about it.

I’m afraid I am not aware of any PHP warnings with this plugin, however there is an issue for new users or anyone adding new methods to their existing setup that will be addressed shortly.

If you would like to list any warnings you are receiving from WooCommerce I will be happy to look into them. However, notices from WordFence are usually linked to a free plugin of the same name in the WordPress Repository. This is not associated in any way with this plugin.

Our ticket 4307. Its super urgent.

Hello, you do not reply to support questions here. And the lst update is 1 year old. In the last 1 year you do not updated or improved your plugin. Any chance to get a feedback here regarding this points?

An update will be issued later today to address an issue caused by a recent WordPress update that is plaguing new users.

Hi,

I’d appreciate if you could help with this issue.

I’m using a plugin to create and manage customers’ groups (B2C & B2B). Each group has its products pricing and shipping methods.

In the same zone there are two Table Rate methods, one for each group. The group managing plugin is supposed to display/hide shipping options in checkout page according to the group of the logged-in user, but both options are displayed, letting the choice for the user.

When contacted, the plugin support said that the issue is coming from Table Rate plugin. Here is their response:

“WooCommerce defines the “woocommerce_package_rates” hook, which is used by WooCommerce B2B to manage the visibility of shipping methods. With “WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping” enabled, this hook no longer fires; something in this plugin bypasses it and prevents it from working. As per WooCommerce standards, the hook should be used correctly.”

Can you pinpoint the problem and eventually provide a solution ?

Thanks for your help!

Hello. There is a problem in the way you calculate taxes for shipping, based on the tax rates from Woocommerce. Example in France: there are products with 20% VAT and products with 5% VAT. If i check the box “Shipping” on both taxes if i have an order with a 20% VAT product it will apply 20% to Shipping cost. If i have an order with a 5% VAT product it will apply 5% to Shipping cost. And the VAT for Shipping in France is always 20%. If i uncheck the box “Shipping” to the 5% VAT and have an order with a 5% VAT product it will apply 0% to Shipping cost. A simple solution can be to put an option to choose “tax class” beside Tax Status.

I’m sorry, but we actually have no control over taxes from this plugin. The one field we have, Tax Status, is supplied with all shipping methods by WooCommerce. Tax is calculated after shipping by WooCommerce. I would recommend checking with their support if you are still having issues.

Seems that there is a CSS issue with version 4.3.12. If the plugin offers only one option, its aligned to right connected to the price and if there are options (bullets) then its correct on the left. This happens with very popular Flatsome theme.

I use Printify I need to have split shipping and charge shipping based on print provider. Can i do this charge multiple shipping that way the customer pays shipping and get separate shipping tracking per. Example customer orders from 2 suppliers, print provider A order 2 items shipping $5.00 plus print provider B order 3 items shipping $8.00. can i achieve this with your plug in. thanks

okay I found a work around. question how can i use this short code other than the checkout page Spend {free-shipping@50} more to earn free shipping! I want to added it to the top menu.

Hello, Can you please update the plugin?

It doesn’t work with later versions of Wordpress & Woocommerce. – The shipping price doesn’t get added onto the order total.

I’m afraid I cannot replicate this issue. Are the shipping prices displayed correctly in the cart but not adding into the subtotal? If this is the case, you might have something else installed on your site that is interfering. In my tests the shipping price is correctly displayed and added to the shipping total amount charged.

Bug Report: It does not work with bundled products (Created with WooCommerce Product Bundles by Woo).

Please note that I requested support for the same issue on July 18 an did not get any reply. My support has now expired, but I expect a reply since it is a bug and I requested support way before my support period expired.

I have a question, in your plugin can you make a discount on the shipping in this way?

0-6 Products: 50% discount on shipping

12 products up: free shipping.

It cannot discount other shipping methods if that is what you are asking. This is a standalone shipping method. You can setup pricing to change based on the number of items in the cart, but the shipping cost would need to be set with this plugin.

Hello, any answer?

I’m very interested in this plugin, but I have two specific questions…

QUESTION 1: I’d like to use the “Checkout Blocks” version for a better checkout flow. However, I’m afraid it’s not yet 100% compatible with “Blocks,” according to the response given to user (purchased) “maindombilisim” regarding the “description” feature.

Note: I see there have been no updates to this plugin since September 3rd (v. 4.3.12).

QUESTION 2: Referring to the question from user “kieljoseph84,” I’m also in a country where states or ZIP codes aren’t used. So, the “FREE” extension you mentioned will give me the ability to add custom cities, right? Is it also compatible with “Blocks” and is updated to 2025?

Please, those two points are vital to my purchase decision. Thank you very much.

Referring QUESTION 2, the free plugin extension is this: Shipping By City for Table Rates?

Link: https://bolderelements.net/plugins/shipping-city-table-rates/#version-1-2

Also no updates to this plugin since May 26th 2020 (v. 1.2)

I am sorry for my late reply but I would be happy to answer your questions if you are still interested.

1) That is correct, we have no corrected this but it should be a simple fix in theory. I plan to release a new update by summer’s end, but hopefully before then, addressing a couple requests I’ve received in recent months.

2) Yes, this free extension you mentioned is still compatible with the Table Rate method. There is no direct output from this plugin, however. So using the checkout block will not affect anything, but you may need another plugin to create a dropdown box in the checkout form if you need this. We’ve considered adding this in the future, but there a few free plugins that will do this already so you can use one of those in the meantime.

3) There has not been an update in a little while because it’s a very small plugin file that doesn’t require a whole lot. I will say the page is not updated, so I apologize for the confusion there. The current version 1.2.2 but it simply includes some necessary code so that WooCommerce doesn’t give you a notification saying it’s incompatible with certain features that it doesn’t even use.

If you have any further questions, please let me know!

Hello, i saw that you are active to answer any pre sale question, but on support ticket you don’t have answer more than a month on a proble that i have with the plugin. Ticket #4288

I am very sorry I missed your ticket. I will catch up on tickets today and tomorrow so you should receive a response soon.

Hello. Can you tell me how to activate my license number for this plugin in my site to get updates automatically? Thanks.

This plugin does not have an internal way to manage this, but we recommend using the Envato Market plugin which will maintain all of your premium themes and plugins in this marketplace. https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/
