I have used this to offer flexible and adaptive shipping options to my customers. It works great.
There is far more functionality here that in the popular Table Rate WooCommerce plug-ins sold on Wordpress, which are 4 times more expensive and recur annually.

In my history i've bought many plugins. This one isnt working actually. No possibility to register your purchase code, not visibility inside wordpress/woocommerce.

Not working.
I've bought another plugin from one of their contributors.

I am sorry that your had a difficult time getting started. Please note that purchase codes are only used for automatic updates. We are not allowed to require them for the plugin to function. We do not offer this feature ourselves as Envato Market has their own plugin for managing all of your ThemeForest and CodeCanyon purchases. Once activated you will receive a prompt asking if you would like to install the plugin of it is not already there.

In regards to configuration, this plugin makes use of WooCommerce shipping zones. You will find the settings for the shipping method once you have created shipping zone and clicked the 'Add Shipping Method' button. You can find this information in your included documentation, on our support website, and also in the WooCommerce Shipping documentation.

The idea is great but it sometimes has some bugs. I bought an additional 6 month of support because we had an issue, now i'm already waiting for support for over 48 hours....
Sorry but i usually get better support from free plugins than from paid support here...
Before i even want an answer from the Author here, i'd prefer an answer on ticket #4065.

Don't Buy, many features are not supported and will not be refunded.
Experienced the worst service, and the worst plugin! The features were extremely cumbersome, and the support team did not respond at all, even though you created a ticket on their website, I even doubt the authenticity of these reviews.
A day that affects your mood. It's unfortunate for a company like this!!

I am sorry you had trouble in the beginning, but per the CodeCanyon Customer Refund policy, refunds are not granted for difficulties with configuration. This is why you are given 6 months of included support with your license purchase. You did not try to contact us with questions before requesting a refund so I do not know what features you claim this plugin does not support. It contains more than most shipping modules.

You mentioned you needed to charge shipping based on shipping class groups and I sent you a link to a related tutorial and offered some advice. This is one of our most popular setups.

I wish you the best, but if you change your mind, you still have the entirety of your 6 months support package to seek help with your configuration.
