I created a custom app via https://www.webintoapp.com/ but when I tried to log in using same email, I could not and then somehow I created a new account using the same email and I cannot see the previous app created saved there?
Please use the official build server to create custom APK by following the below guide. Creating an app using a third party site won’t work.

That means you didn’t complete the captcha challenge shown on the registration form. Please check the tick box for captcha on registration form and click on register after that and it should work.

Yes, you should be able to use this app to provide a messaging platform for your customers. There are 2 ways to do this. You can use your own devices and share them with your customer and charge for that, or you can create a plan where they can add their own Android devices and user their own SIMs to send messages. You can use the API to integrate it into your application. You can also do that in demo before your purchase.

Sorry, I can’t provide an ETA, but it should be ready sometime in 2026. New beta versions will be released meanwhile with any bug fixes and new features. You can use stable version v9.x.x in production for now if you don’t want to update to a new beta version.

Since this morning I’m getting “Invalid Purchase Code” error and I even went as far as to delete and reinstall everything and then I started getting “ Unknown column Device. lastSeenAt in “field list’” I think I can add the field however I don’t know what type of field it is, is it a DATE type?

For lastSeenAt issue. It happens if you installed the new version files but didn’t run the upgrade script. Just run the upgrade script by following upgrade instructions text file and it should work.

Hi, Hi, I used this script a few months ago only for testing.
Since it didn’t support Stripe then, I installed it on the subdomain and used WordPress on the main domain to process Stripe payments (which I didn’t go into production yet).
Now that v10 supports Stripe, I decided to install the script on the main domain. I need to deactivate the previous domain to access the mobile app.

You don’t need to contact support for changing the domain. You have to remove the app from your previous domain and it should work. If that still doesn’t work, you can also remove the A record of your previous domain from your DNS provider until it activates on your new domain, and it should also work.
Thank you for the quick response. I’m referring to the mobile app, not the web app. When I change the domain, it prompts me to contact you. This has happened twice, and I cannot find a way to deactivate the previous domain myself. It’s working now Thanks!
You were seeing the message cause your previous domain was still active but giving SSL hand shack failed error. In that case, it was unable to determine that if license was used in other domain or not. Removing the A record should deactivate the domain, and it should transfer able to transfer it to a new domain. After that, you can restore the A record and use that domain for anything else.

1. New version is made using VILT stack.
2. No, older version doesn’t use any framework. It was designed using stock PHP.
3. You should be able to customize it. The newer version uses Vue, so if you want to customize the frontend it requires compilation, but there is a guide included on how to do that. Older version uses bootstrap 3 and stock PHP so it is also much easier to customize.
v10 can retry it from another SIM once. It uses the most successful SIM of the campaign to retry after user defined retries.

If you are familiar with Laravel and VILT stack, then the newer version is easier to modify. If you are familiar with PHP, Bootstrap 3 and jQuery then older version will be easier to modify. You will be able to download an older version.

This is possible, but not directly right now. You can use webhook to do this. Just create a webhook for call.added event, and you can get call details in the webhook script, which you can use to send message via API.

there is no payload about misscall and outgoing call
It also executes for Missed or Outgoing calls too. It just shows example for incoming call, but it will work for all call type.

It is possible to add it via third party services. You can follow below guide for that. Instead of {from} and {to}, you have to use {sender_id} and {mobile_number} respectively.
