Actually, the Auto update key can’t be used on the dev site if it’s already activated on the live site, or on a subdomain if it’s activated on a different URL – it’s one key per one site. In case you’re using multisite feature of WordPress and activate the key on the main site, it’ll be shared among subdomains when the plugin license is activate on the main site.

How does the workflow work as far as payment to the manufacturer on Aliexpress?

Here’s how the workflow works with ALD:
1. A customer places an order on your WooCommerce store and pays you using your store’s payment methods (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
2. As the store admin, you then place the corresponding order on AliExpress, using the customer’s shipping address, and pay the AliExpress seller with your own payment method.
The AliExpress seller ships the package directly to your customer.
ALD helps you fulfill and place AliExpress orders in two ways: Manually, using the ALD Chrome extension; and Automatically, using the AliExpress API

I’m sorry I didn’t fully grasp your inquiry. The Secret key is to connect your domain to the chrome extension, for the purpose of product importation and order fulfillment. It don’t expire unless you update a new one.
The API key/Access token, on the other hand, does expire after some time, but you can renew it.

I have the capability to use Aliexpress API I have the App key and App Secret. Is that all I would need to automate the process?
At the moment, no, even if you have your own AliExpress App Key and App Secret, ALD doesn’t support using custom API credentials yet.
For now, the automatic fulfillment feature works with our built-in auto update key only. Using your own AliExpress app is something we plan to consider for the future, but it hasn’t been integrated into the plugin yet.

I am using the ALD (AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment) plugin on my WooCommerce store (WishHour), and I have identified a significant conflict with my server-level image optimization.
The Issue: Currently, when importing products, ALD appears to be automatically converting images to WebP format and saving them directly to the server. This is causing several critical problems:
Bypassing LiteSpeed Enterprise: Because ALD is not importing the raw JPG/PNG files, my LiteSpeed Enterprise Image Optimization engine cannot recognize the new files to optimize them using my paid credits.
Configuration Conflict: Since your plugin is “hijacking” the format conversion, it forces me to disable LiteSpeed’s superior image management, which is essential for my site’s performance.
Lack of Control: I need the ability to import images in their Original Format (JPG/PNG) so that my dedicated server-level tools can handle the compression and conversion as intended.
My Questions:
Is there a setting or a PHP hook I can use to force ALD to import the Original JPG/PNG from AliExpress without converting it to WebP?
Does ALD use the standard media_handle_upload() function, or are you saving files directly via a custom script?
Please provide a solution or a code snippet to disable this automatic WebP conversion on import.

how to delete data and reinstall it like delete all imported using database, should i empty ald post and post meta ?

This ALD plugin stores setting data inside the option table, saving product details inside the former post and post meta tables. For ones who have migrated data to the new table, it’s inside the ald_post table and ald_postmeta
In case you simply want to remove the products, please do so inside the Imported page, it’ll delete all product details.

There’s no bulk delete option directly on the Imported page, but deleting products from WooCommerce Products will also remove them from the Imported list. So you can continue managing deletions from there — it will have the same effect.

If you want to start fresh with the ALD plugin, here’s what you can do:
- Delete all products in both the Import List and the Imported sections of the plugin.
- For plugin settings, simply reconfigure them as needed — there’s no critical data stored that would affect a fresh setup.
The ALD plugin mainly handles product importation, so once you’ve cleared the imported data, you’re essentially starting clean. Let us know if there’s something more specific you’re trying to reset or remove.

1st issue with the new update, first when you activate frontend shipping there are codes at the top </> , 2nd issue when trying to publish imported product php max var is too low mine is set to 50,000 and its still saying too low woocommerce status says its 50,000 so im sure its an issue, 3rd the price when you import it some product price are £123,999 this shouldnt be the case
another question how do i connect 2 supplier to one product? do i have to import it and link the variation?

Regarding your question: I’m afraid no, currently we don’t have an option to connect two suppliers to a single product at the same time.
For the problem with code on the product page front end, it’s because we forgot to to leave out a `var_dump` while testing shipping API. We’ll update this in the next release, meanwhile, you can hide it either using this custom CSS: pre.prrreeee{display:none !important}

Thank you for acknowledging that you were wrong and there was indeed an issue with the plugin, second im not the only one facing this issue done a few research on other users, and the issue with the input max vars only happened when we updated the plugin i reverted to the previous version and its working fine, so you must have done something its not publishing the import because of input max vars is too low but yet mine is set to 50,000, 3rd the pricing issue, i beleive if you fix the frontened shipping everything will be working right, also i access the demo site thats working so i can replicate the issue and provide video ? becaue the current demo site you cant do much no permission

Unfortunately, the demo site permissions can’t be changed – it’s view-only for some features for everyone. We did have another ticket today related to the max_input_vars issue, but in that case, the value was indeed lower than recommended.
We appreciate you pointing out the behavior and rolling back to a previous version to compare. However, if we can’t replicate the issue on our end, it’s difficult for us to implement a fix.

I don’t see any issue like “the price is still showing” — it’s just displaying a standard price range.

In this case, your claim that the activation of your affiliate link does not cost your plugin customers is a lie. It costs them money they get from their sales through their affiliate link, which you want to take over. It is a really shameful move on your part.
What you said isn’t true. Users don’t have to pay anything extra to use our plugin or the Chrome extension.
The situation is simple, but you pretend you don’t understand it. If I turn on the extension you will rewrite my affiliate links and enroll yours, and earnings from them will go to you and not me. Am I right?
That is how affiliate system works. But as I said, compare to what you have before this chrome extension update, it doesn’t cost you any extra, you don’t pay anything to use chrome extension, and you can choose to use chrome extension or not. If you don’t, you still have AliExpress API since you are a premium user.
In addition, it can slow down the search for AliExpress products because I guess every click on some product initiates the process of inserting your affiliate link.
