Yes, you can use a Bluetooth printer. Basically, every printer that you can connect to your operating system can be used because Ultimate POS just sends the printing job to the operating system & then the OS handles the printing.

Guys listen, you keep asking persons to renew their support for fast 2 day support. Its been 9days and you keep saying you will respond to the ticket. You responded half of the ticket and have yet to solve the issues. It is difficult when the system is already in use and finding the issues, reporting them and then getting a partial response is making it very difficult to be assured. Please have the support person be more attentive to the details presented in the tickets and that would solidify your product more.

Is it possible for us to have bulk prices/purchase feature? Such that if a certain number of items are picked, the set amount for bulk prices is automatically applied?
I know you would want to suggest Selling Price Group, but Selling Price Group can’t really serve this purpose.

As of now, there is no option for bulk price or purchase feature. Just use the selling price group, that is what we have for now. We don’t have that feature exact feature that we are looking for.

As of now, there is no option to directly add the service charge, but you can still use the tax for this.
You can set the tax as 12% or you can use the tax groups to have multiple taxes in it.

Kindly please add a report view for Product Sell Report whereby we can view how many quantities we have sold per item for example if when we can select either a week or a month and view quantities of an item sold in that selected period of time. The current features are not helping since there is a repeation of items sold in a selected range of date. This is because if we select November, items sold will be displayed in each date found in that month which creates repeatition of sold items hence making a huge report and we are to print that report, we find ourselves using a lot of papers when printing a monthly or weekly report. So at least add for us a report where we can view BY ITEM/PRODUCT.

Everyone is reporting about product sells report processing issue. Sales search issues but author doesn’t even bother to solve & not even replying ticket. Do you really care what customer says? If we check last 3-4 updates there is no major improvements not even any feature added. Please let me know if you really want to fix it. You don’t have any public roadmap list where we can check in which issues you are working & what feature may come in future. At the same time, the app is running on backdated laravel version which is making it so vulnerable.

Latest update affecting searches in most areas, please fix. I shouldn’t be getting so many calls to add back the ability to search by phone number in sales, or by sell note, or by any other field in the tab. This is the same in customer navigation. I need this as soon as possible; it’s a mess, please note.

i want to buy your code but i have few questions before i go ahead how we can use this system offline bcoz sometime internet is not working so bcoz of internet user can not stop selling. and do you have proper desktop app so we don’t have to open browser and login. and do you have quotation system if customer want any quotation then we can send hin quote only after confirmation we can import that quote to invoice. and your point of sale ui is not user friendly please make it neat and clean ui so user can use easily.

1. To use if offline simply install it in localhost, with that you’ll not need any internet connection to use it.
2. We don’t have desktop app for now.
3. Yes quotation system is present.You can generate a quotation in the application & then quote can be converted to invoice.

3. Do your system have the facility to merge Orders. Like a customer can Order multiple times and at the end of the day, we can merge his / her order into one order and print their receipt that has all the orders. This is for a Resturant Use case.

it creates a huge confusion and conflict to the customer in actual world. understand this point also. Final ledger should be the same at all points. otherwise no need to show due amount that is not correct.

1. Product Name Issue
After the latest UltimatePOS update, I can no longer add a product with the same name. It shows the error “Product with this name already exists”. Previously, duplicate product names were allowed, and I need this option because I add products with the same name but different colors/sizes. Please tell us how can we solve this. On your change log for latest update, you stated - Prevented entry of zero and negative values in quantity fields Some of us actually use negative quantity to indicate returns on the sales/pos page. How do we do that now that you have removed this ability. Do you have a spot in the settings where one can choose to allow negative quantity?

It is not ideal to just remove this feature. Most ERP’s allow sales return on POS screen with use of negative. For some businesses, customers return items they didn’t buy. For example in retail businesses where bottles are recycled. They only pay for liquid contents. Without the ability to enter negative in POS, there is no way to do this in ultimatepos. It is better to give an option in the settings to allow negative or not or tell current customers how to prevent this when updating because this will disrupt workflow
