1) You can just compress the site folder in a zip and unzip it in the new server. You also need to export the database and import it on the new server. There are plenty of tutorials online. We also provide migration services.
2) You can use Certbot to generate free ssl.
3) You can access them via FTP
4) Servers by default do not come with a mail module. You will need to install them however I highly recommend using a third party service like AWS SES or sites like sendgrid.
5) There are a lot of pros however it will require some maintenance on your part.

1. cPanel comes with many modules pre-installed however you can install those same modules on VPS e.g. firewall, anitvirus etc. You can search for “How to secure a VPS” and there are thousands of tutorials.
3. Yes but you will need to configure it.
I tested and liked the system, but the downsides are that there’s no way to limit alias editing per plan, and in this country, Mercado Pago is more commonly used, and you’re the only one that charges separately for this payment method, which doesn’t make sense when you offer various free payment methods and then charge for Mercado Pago.

Which files are you hosting on your CDN server? If you are hosting the static files, you can change the following code in the file config.php
define(‘CDNASSETS’, null);
Replace null by the link to your CDN server. Make sure that the link point to static files.
For uploads, you can also do that however new uploads will not be uploaded directly to your server unless you have automatic sync.

This will only speed up your page loads. To speed up redirects, go to admin > tools > Find Optimize Indexes and make sure both url and stats has a checkmark.

If you got it recently (within 180 days) you can purchase the extended license and then request a refund for the regular license. You can also upgrade however you will need to reach Envato and that will take some time but the promotion might be over till then. It ends on Dec 5th (ET).
I also noticed that the meta image is not being saved correctly. The favicon works fine — I can already see it in the browser — but the OG image still displays the default platform image instead of the one I uploaded for the bio page.

The site title setup needs to be like this: Main Site Title: MyURL
Site Tagline: URL Shortener, Branded Short Links & Analytics
These two should be combined and displayed together in the browser tab/page title like this:
MyURL – URL Shortener, Branded Short Links & Analytics
Meaning: the site name should come first, then a hyphen (-), and then the tagline. Please configure the system/theme so that Title + Tagline = Full Page Title is shown exactly in this format.”

At the moment the only way is to manually edit theme files. What I recommend is to create a child theme and change the code the appropriate file. The menu is in partials/main_menu.php and footer is footer.php in the same folder.

That happens because the permission for the file “config.sample.php” is incorrect. You need to manually rename to config.php as the script does not have the permission to due that.
Okay, now the site just goes to a 500 error. I’ve read through the comments and did a few things such as change cloudflare settings and even tried my own ssl cert and this just doesnt work. what is going on??

I use a vps, no FTP. I even changed all files to 777 permission and its still not working!

You need to assign a www-data ownership to folder. Run
chown -R www-data:www-data PATH/TO/SCRIPT
this is one of the first things I did when adding the script to my server. Still not working.
