Yes. Website uses the same API, so anything that is possible on the site can be done via API as well.

Yes, it’s possible to use oatuh for imap now in settings page.

Presale Question: Using Outlook365 to import mails as tickets is working? Basic auth with username/password is not supported by Microsoft and an exchange email is not an IMAP account.

Before we proceed with the purchase, we would like to clarify the following:

1.Do canned responses support attachments? In other words, can we include attachments in them when creating them ?

2.Do you support multiple domains and email addresses? For example, if clients send emails to sales@mydomain.com or support@mydomain.com, will those be created as separate tickets and handled by different teams?

3.Can tickets be updated via email replies? If a client replies to our response via email, will the ticket be updated in your platform accordingly?

4.Can agents view only the tickets assigned to them?

5.Is it possible to automatically assign tickets to agents based on the sender’s domain or email address?

2. Yes, you can attach multiple emails via IMAP from settings page.

4. Currently agents can view all tickets, but we will have support for custom views with next update.

5. Yes, you can do this via triggers in admin area.

You can do everything that is possible via the website via API as well, because the website uses the same API.

Login is done via cookies though, so there’s no easy way to log user in from different domain.

Yes, inline images as well as file attachments are supported in emails.

Tickets can have only one client/customer currently.

That should be changed with next update.

Regarding triggers, it’s not possible to make requests to external sites/apps with them currently, you would need to use API for this.

You can find API docs on demo site here (make sure you are logged in).

can i integrate it with bedrive?

Hi,

You can configure file uploading from “admin > settings > uploading” page in BeDesk, it uses the same uploading system as BeDrive internally.

1- can be installed on iis windows server 2019( self hosted) since it will be used internaly. 2- can be sub domain to the bedrive iis too.

1. Yes, BeDesk does not have any specific requirements in regards to server.

2. Yes, you can install it as subdomain as well.
