The current version of your API documentation has numerous inconsistencies, many missing endpoints, and several bugs. We’ve been waiting for the new version for almost a year now. Please consider accelerating the update process — given the high demand for this repository, many of us are eagerly awaiting an updated release.

We should have an update available next month.

Regarding API documentation, as workaround until then you could open browser developer tools > network tab and see which endpoints are called when using the site and then do the same via API, since site is using the same API as well.

Like, when registering a user, the register endpoint does not support some of the most essential parameters such as firstname and lastname.

Does the system allows users to create tickets without logging in?

Not currently, but it will be possible with next update.

It would be great to have multiple email addresses for ticket replies, depending on eg. a group or to what email address the ticket has been originally sent too. Background: We have multiple products on our company and for each product a different support email.

1. Is there any way to make agents only see some specific tickets? I mean, Instead of watching every unassigned ticket, the “IT” department can only see IT tickets (for example).

Not currently, but this will be possible with next update with custom views functionality.

If you can Make it quickly, I’ll buy the script right now. It’s what i’m searching at this moment for a ticket system.

Example again:

Customer service can only see customer service tickets, IT Can see every ticket, Human resources can see marketing and client tickets

Yes. Website uses the same API, so anything that is possible on the site can be done via API as well.

Yes, it’s possible to use oatuh for imap now in settings page.

Presale Question: Using Outlook365 to import mails as tickets is working? Basic auth with username/password is not supported by Microsoft and an exchange email is not an IMAP account.

Before we proceed with the purchase, we would like to clarify the following:

1.Do canned responses support attachments? In other words, can we include attachments in them when creating them ?

2.Do you support multiple domains and email addresses? For example, if clients send emails to sales@mydomain.com or support@mydomain.com, will those be created as separate tickets and handled by different teams?

3.Can tickets be updated via email replies? If a client replies to our response via email, will the ticket be updated in your platform accordingly?

4.Can agents view only the tickets assigned to them?

5.Is it possible to automatically assign tickets to agents based on the sender’s domain or email address?

2. Yes, you can attach multiple emails via IMAP from settings page.

3. Yes.

4. Currently agents can view all tickets, but we will have support for custom views with next update.

5. Yes, you can do this via triggers in admin area.
