Hi team, Can you please suggest what is the parent product for this plugin?

Because I am interested in this product.

There is no “parent product” for this plugin.

Can i use this plugin for subscription services outside my wordpress site? For example i have customers with iot services and i need to monitor the subscriptions activation and expiry dates. And also if a customer can have many subscriptions for the same product.

This is a WordPress Plugin, so you will be able to use and manage subscriptions only inside the WP website where the plugin is installed

On september 9th 2022 we bought Ultimate Membership Pro – WordPress Membership Plugin. We end up not using the plugin, because the project was cancelled.

But on september 9th of this year we received a transaction on our credit card for the plugin. I can’t find any invoice anywhere. Not in our Themeforest/Codecanyon/Envato account. And we don’t have an account registered on ultimatemembershippro.com. I’ve tried to reset my password with multiple e-mailadresses.

Can you please send me the invoice of the transaction on 9/9/25 and can you tell me where I can cancel the subscription?

Ultimate Membership Pro is exclusively sold on the Envato marketplace at this moment, and there are no recurring charges for it.

Your charges may be related to something else, such as additional add-ons purchase separately but not to this plugin or any Envato items.

I don’t think there is any change the charge is not related to the plugin. The description on our creditcard is “ULTIMATE-MEMBERSHI-PRO BUCHAREST ROM” and the transaction is exactly 3 years after the purchase.

Version visibility in the download area We’re on v13.6 and can’t easily tell if a newer build is available. Could you make the current version number and release date clearly visible on the download page and in the file name (e.g. ultimate-membership-pro-v13.7-2025-11-25.zip) and keep the changelog updated? This would save a lot of guesswork for agencies.

LinkedIn login integration The built-in LinkedIn connection appears outdated with current OAuth/API requirements. We had to use a separate plugin to restore LinkedIn sign-in.

Is LinkedIn support scheduled for an update?

If yes, could you share a rough timeline/roadmap?

If deprecated, please note that clearly in the docs and suggest a supported alternative.

I’m looking for a membership plugin that can offer prospects different subscription levels. For example:

I want the paid subscription plans to auto renew each month. Yet, I want the free plan subscription to end and force the user to manually renew the free plan or upgrade to a paid subscription.

Additionally, is it possible to track subscription attribution? Some kind of affiliate code or a feature where I create unique partner subscription page?

Hi,

Yes, you can do all of that. You can create multiple membership levels (Free, $10/month, etc.). Paid levels can auto-renew each month, and the free level can be set to expire after a specific duration so the user must manually renew or upgrade.

For tracking subscriptions and partner attribution, you can use Ultimate Affiliate Pro, which integrates with the membership system and allows you to create referral links or unique partner signup pages.

Ultimate Membership Pro can run on a WordPress Multisite, but each site in the network works independently. The plugin does not provide a central system to manage multiple domains or different site content from one installation. Each site will have its own separate UMP settings, membership levels, and members.

This plugin made my website super slow. Before installing it, my site was fully loading in under 2 seconds, but after installing this plugin, even the admin dashboard started taking 10–15 minutes to load. I disabled and deleted the plugin completely, but my site is still not back to the old speed. Really disappointed.

My admin dashboard was loading in under 2 seconds before installing your plugin. After installing it, the dashboard started taking 10–15 minutes to load. Even after removing the plugin, it still takes 5–10 seconds. So how can you say this is not happening because of the plugin?

Simply because of minimum technical skills, it is clear that NOT the plugin has generated that issue, which is still there when the plugin has been uninstalled. There is no way for a plugin to affect a WP website even after it is uninstalled. Moreover, this product has over 40k websites running on internet without any issue but you are the only one who claimed such a problem.

I honestly can’t accept your explanation. Nothing else on my website was changed. The ONLY thing I did was install your plugin. Immediately after that, my admin dashboard jumped from under 2 seconds to 10–15 minutes. That is a massive performance drop, and it didn’t happen by magic.

Even after removing the plugin, the dashboard still hasn’t returned to its original speed. That clearly means something from the plugin remained behind logs, database tables, cron jobs, or settings. Plugins can leave leftover data that affects performance even after uninstalling.

So saying this happened because of ‘minimum technical skills’ is unfair and disrespectful. I’m not blaming your plugin without reason. I’m describing exactly what happened on my website. Instead of addressing the issue, you chose to blame the user.

A plugin can absolutely leave behind tables, cron jobs, logs, or settings that slow down a site even after uninstalling. Claiming that a plugin cannot cause this and then questioning my technical skills is both incorrect and unprofessional.

Please revoke my license so I can move it to my new site.

I am using Ultimate Membership Pro and I have an issue with how expired and renewed subscriptions are handled.

I have two membership levels: Silver and Expired. When a user’s Silver plan expires, they correctly move to the “Expired” level. The problem occurs when the user purchases the Silver plan again. The new Silver subscription becomes active, but the old “Expired” level is not removed automatically. Because of this, the user continues to see the “Subscription Purchase” screen instead of the dashboard until I manually remove the Expired plan from their account.

This creates an unnecessary extra step for both the user and the admin. Could you please guide me on how to automatically remove or deactivate the expired plan whenever a user buys Silver again?

I have checked the settings but I couldn’t find an option like “Remove old subscription on new purchase” or “Disable multiple memberships”. If this option exists in another location, please let me know.

Thanks for you great work you’ve done with UMP, I don’t need help to setup or else, I just can’t deactivate my license for Ultimate Membership Pro because I no longer use WordPress on my main domain (magnetiseur-lyon.fr). The system still says “This license has already been activated on: http://magnetiseur-lyon.fr”. Could you please reset or release the license from your server so I can activate it on my new site? PRE SALES QUERY: I want to be able to have a new member fee for new members, is this possible to setup without duplicating all of the membership levels and having a “new member” version of it?

Currently we do our memberships through a form and on the form they tick the new member and it adjusts the price. is there something similar that can be done in this plugin?

If is about a recurring membership, you can adjust the Initial payment/trial price and set a higher value than regular charging price. Will be applied only for who sign up first to that membership and not for who already have the membership assigned.

That’s the old staging site, but for some reason it’s not working on the mapped domain – it’s the same website, it has been up for years. The client said it stopped working, and I think this is why.

You cannot have the same license active on two different websites at the same time. You may revoke the license and uninstall the plugin by yourself via the previous website dashboard.
