That’s the old staging site, but for some reason it’s not working on the mapped domain – it’s the same website, it has been up for years. The client said it stopped working, and I think this is why.
You cannot have the same license active on two different websites at the same time. You may revoke the license and uninstall the plugin by yourself via the previous website dashboard.

Are the Pro Addons that are available for purchase on the website a one-time fee, or a yearly fee? In otherwords, if I buy an addon, do I get lifetime addons?
I made a typo. I meant to ask, do the addons for purchase on your website come with lifetime updates? Or is there an annual fee? The addons bundle on your website says the price is per year. Please clarify. Thanks

I am trying to deactivate my license on one site, so that I can install on a site that I am actually using. I click on revoke license, but it still shows it is assigned to the old site.

I want to create a new membership site but before I purchase a new license, I wanted to know if Ultimate Membership Pro can handle the following. I went through the knowledge base but did’t find this:
- After a new member registers, they can be able to add a new wordpress post selecting available category.
- Posts can be private so only the author can see them or they can also be public, depending on the membership plan. Maybe also all authors can see posts only from a certain membership plan or plans.
I think this would be all for now. If this can be done, I will go ahead and purchase a second license.
Could you please explain a little what I would have to do to set up the membership?

With Ultimate Membership Pro system you can restrict access to posts or any content from a WordPress site, still this is not changing or establishing the status of a new post submitted by a writer.

The Ultimate Membership Pro does not collect any data about visitors or website users. Moreover, the author/developer of the plugin has no access to such data through the plugin.
PRESALES: Question about skipped payments and rolling over in subscription plugin

I’m exploring whether your plugin supports the following scenario for monthly, 6-month or annual membership plans:
If a customer skips a billing cycle (either because the payment fails or they choose not to pay), I want the skipped amount to carry over into the next billing cycle. In other words:
The next renewal charge would include the regular subscription fee + any skipped amount(s).
Or, alternately, the plugin would defer the missed payment and reconcile it later (i.e. “roll over” the unpaid balance).
This is more advanced than simply “skip one billing cycle” — it’s accumulating a debt and recovering it later.
Is this behavior supported by your plugin (or via an extension / add-on)? Could you also share documentation or an example showing how to configure or achieve that?

The Free membership is not working anymore. I only have a free membership level and when I register i get to the thank-you-page where i get a message “Sorry! Not enough information available.”
I did setup a custom page to redirect after the registration and it’s not working anymore. And I dont have payment gateways setup because this is free. But after the registration, the redirect still takes me to the default thank-you-page and of course, since I did not enter any payment, its giving me the error message.

If you wish to sell memberships, then you will have to use the UMP system and its registration or checkout forms.
Additional, you may import data via CSV file for members and their memberships, it it is necessary.

You may sell memberships via WooCommerce if you wish, and use Woo payment services.
Square is not an integrated payment service in UMP system.
If we were to sell memberships via Woo and Square as payment, can the UMP system have a custom field under the profile of users that the user status is PAID and the subscription is activated? Or is it not possible – it’s the main thing for us.
The system is able to track Woo payments and to update the assigned memberships automatically. It is not required any other additional field or manual action.

I use Ultimate Membership PRO + WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway.
Since the Stripe update on the UMP and WooCommerce (last update with stripe connect), I’ve been having problems with informations being passed between the payment and the membership… The Stripe update (Stripe Connect) changes the webhook, so I reconfigured a new webhook and endpoint for it works with UMB.
On the WooCommerce side, i’ll try logging out of the account, deactivate the Stripe Gateway extension, clearing the cache, and deleting the old webhook from the Stripe account…Damn it automatically recreates the old webhook and the plugin reconnectes again the wrong webhook… I tried to modify or delete the old webhook in the database, but it doesn’t store it, or it’s managed via the API…
I’ve tried everything, but nothing works… Since it points to the wrong webhook (which recreates itself every time),
Since the Stripe update, the webhook has changed. I had to create the one requested by UMB => ?ihc_action=stripe_connect, then I added the new webhook with the endpoints requested by UMB. on my Stripe account.
Each time, the old webhook is automatically recreated as soon as the connection to the account is made…
I can actually leave both, but UMB can no longer manage memberships because the Stripe Gateway + Wocommerce plugin is linked to a different webhook than UMB and Some types of membership do not works correctly
