Hello Team Webfosters, I appreciate the update. However, all versions are outdated. The “UltimatePOS V” currently supports Laravel 9.5 and PHP 8.1, while the latest version is for PHP 8.5 and Laravel 12, with Laravel 13 set to be released soon. Have a nice day

Hello, you can email the URL of invoice that the customer can open & see the invoice.
I mean a button “Email” we can click like the same way we can click to print. I think all applications have that feature to avoid copying the URL and paste inside separate email body.
Yes, there is an option for that.
In List sales, for any sales, there is Action > New Sale Notification, from here you can send Email/SMS/WhatsApp notifications.

I’ve tried that. From New Sale Notification, it only send a notification with invoice number but no invoice is attached. I think you missed out that part which is a very basic thing of any application, being able to send the actual document as attached PDF. I think you should add that option. For the support license I agree and will get it if I need a technical support from you but for now I’m just asking about application functionalities that anyone can ask about on here. Hello, we need a PRINT BUTTON on in the HMS Module so that we can print the REPORTS. 2. We need a functionality in HMS Module whereby someone can extend days of booking without first checking out the current booking. 3. We need a combined Invoice from HMS and Sales from POS in case a customer orders for some eats and drinks and that same customer is staying for a night. The existing problems will not be solved. All members’ problems are responded to, except for the problems that I raised, and they are actually present in the latest version. I am upset with this application. Even after the latest update was released, none of the problems raised have been solved.
There is a problem with sales returns in the daily cash report and the customer and supplier balances report. Sales returns do not appear.
A problem with the daily cash report: returns were not listed, nor were their values removed from the report. A problem with the customer and supplier balances report: sales returns were not shown. A problem with supplier accounts: When an account payment is added that is larger than the amount due, the outstanding invoices are paid, and the remaining amount is not shown and is not calculated as a balance automatically deducted when adding any sale or purchase transaction or making a cut. A problem with barcode printing: The barcode appears inefficiently, and when printed, the scanner does not read it. Another problem: When increasing the number of products to print barcode labels from the purchase invoice, a server error appears. A problem occurs when selecting a customer and supplier at the same time: Purchases from sales are not paid in one account. - A suggestion to put a liquidation mode in the inventory transfer from to to facilitate the sorting process.
All of this is very bad and the lack of response or interest makes things worse even after the update is released as it does not solve any of the application’s problems.
Hi Team, I have tried the demo of your application POS and it’s good for our grocery business. But have one presale question, we are buying the product(which is defined as variation product) in Kgs and selling in variations items like 250g, 500g and 1kgs. So the stock is showing in primary product in demo, But no stock is in variations(250g, 500g, 1kg). Is there a way we can transfer stock to variation items?

There are multiple ways to do it.
1. Using multiple units, you can define 1 Kg as 1000g, and then when selling you can select gm as a unit & enter 250.
Option 2 is to use manufacturing module – with this you can package the Kg bags into different sizes of bags like 250g, 500g or 1KG.
We advise using option 2, as it is better to have a pre-packaged into different quantities, and you can have the pricing for this as per your need.

3. Can you add a report showing debts collected itself for a specific time; As now I need to take the total payment report for that time minus(-) paid amount in the sales representative report for that time.
NOTE: Most questions are asked while we have paid for support but you didn’t fix it so it’s not fair to ask for renewal now to fix the issue addressed while we have paid for support.
