Good morning. Could you please tell me how to manage my private key by deleting it from one domain and activating it on another domain to which the application has been transferred?

The old domain is a sub-domain. Enter it and transfer it to the main domain. Only if it is different, I can delete the private key of the sub-domain, but I will register it on the main domain.

You can install it in a subdomain. Please give us what was the old domain name so that we can remove it from that.

Hello TWF, thanks for the great work. Now it has come to our concern that PURCHASE REQUISITON a user must search products one by one as they feed in required quantity. But the current functionality is not suitable for daily use because the system just provides search by category which is not right and you find that it deosn’t display all the products under that category.

Multiple Units

I noticed that you can’t use multiple units on a product, like you explained in your documentation here https://ultimatefosters.com/docs/ultimatepos/products/product-units.

I purchased a product in a particular unit and tried selling it in a different unit. But the only unit option that the software gave me is the unit I purchased the product.

For example, I purchased table water in cartons. When I try to sell in pieces, the only option the software gives me under the UNIT field is cartons, no pieces. And this is not in line with what you documented here, https://ultimatefosters.com/docs/ultimatepos/products/product-units/

Hello TWF, hope this finds you well, kindly add this feature in the HOTEL MODULE; Date extending when making a booking for example if a customer checks in today and he or she is checking out tomorrow and maybe that customer requests for more days to stay as checked in, the system should be able to handle Date extensions..The functionality is really important in the Hotel business and the system should be able to provide such functionality. And also printing one invoice containing Accomodation/Room Detail Bill and POS SELL Detail Bill (RESTAURANT). Thank you.

is there any option available to received items in purchase in tons and sale in KGs with different varriants i-e 5kg, 10kg and stock will be mins from base variant that is in tons

Thank you for the clarification about the multi-unit feature. I have one more question — while adding a purchase, I only want to add stock for the base product, not for its variants.

Currently, the system seems to add stock for each variant as well. Is there any option or setting that allows stock to be added only to the base product, while the variants automatically deduct from that base stock during sales (based on their conversion units, e.g., tons → kg)?

If you select the product as variable, then stocks are only kept for variants; there is no stock for main products in that.

So in your case, we recommend that you keep it as a single product wit multi-units features for the units of the product.

hi, im reading the full documentation, and looking at the demo, i dont see how to create warehouse, as far i can see it is only to create stores on diferent locations, but the warehouse need to be separated from it, as one warehouse can provide products to the diferent stores, also i dont see and i apologize if i sound rude, but i dont see any way that a store can ask for product to a warehouse, i think in operations is very important to have that in order to track what happens with product, and for example be hable to have like history and eviodence in the sistem, for admin porpuses, if not present have you any plans to add something like that? so far is the most complete erp i see, congratulations, and as far i can solve my doubts you can count me as a new client, thank you very much in advance.

Currently, the only way is to create different business locations, and each location can transfer products to other locations.

So with this, you can use business locations as a warehouse; there is no need for a separate option to do this.
