Dear Filter Everything Pro Support Team,
I’m writing because I’m having trouble activating my license on my WordPress site. I keep getting an “Unknown error” on the License tab.
Purchase Code: 10bd7b57-04a4-421f-a9bf-1a1a1546295d
Domain where I’m trying to activate: molino.solucian.cl
Diagnostic Tests Performed:
Code Deactivation: I deactivated all other plugins and tested activation with a default theme (Astra or Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out conflicts. The error persists.
Connection Verification: The WordPress Site Health tool confirms that Loopback Requests and External HTTP Requests are working correctly, ruling out most firewall/hosting issues.
Site Management: I’ve checked the license page, and I don’t have access to manage or release active domains.
Request:
Please check the status of this license on your system. If the 2-site limit has been reached, please release any associated domains so I can activate it on the current domain (molino.solucian.cl).
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Felipe Aaron
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Since we cannot access the site directly without a VPN, it returns the following message: https://prnt.sc/ftvsqxW-8cQF This means that the site or hosting provider is blocking connections from certain countries or regions, which is why you’re getting an unknown error.
Please use incognito mode in your browser during this process!
In order to get the License key for the Filter Everything PRO plugin, simply head to Filters -> Settings -> License and click the “Get your License Key” button.
It will take you to a new page where you have to log in with your Envato credentials (with an account where you have purchased the plugin) and obtain your License key.
After you obtain the license key, please send the credentials to the WP Admin dashboard following this document along with the attached license key, so we can activate it on the site manually.

Victor
Hello, does this work with Dokan multivendor plugin?
Hi mbevia
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
Yes, it should work without any problems.

Hi. I am having trouble with ranged filters. I have two product attributes on woocommerce, one is called “Minimum screen size” one is called “Maximum screen size”. They are different attributes, but I would like to apply range filter from minimum to maximum. Is that even possible?
Hi RazSofer
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Unfortunately, creating a single range slider from two different numerical custom fields or attributes, such as “Minimum screen size” and “Maximum screen size,” is not possible.
You need to create two separate range filters, like height and width.
Range sliders rely on one numeric attribute or custom field that stores a single value per product. The slider then filters products from a smaller (min) to a larger (max) range of numerical values.
Since your data is split across two separate fields, a continuous range between them can’t be calculated.

Victor
Hi, How do I import the filter widget while using Elementor? When I search the widget in Elementor, I can’t find it.
Hi verfsucces
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
To find the filters widget in Elementor, go to the WordPress section in the left widget panel while editing the page with Elementor. Open the WordPress section and look for “Filter Everything – Filters”, that’s the filter widget.
Note: Using the search bar in Elementor won’t find it, so you need to browse manually through the WordPress widget section.

Victor
Hello, I have a problem with the number of products that appear; only 5 are showing up, whereas my filters correctly count 7. Do you have any idea what the problem might be? I did change the number in the generic WordPress settings. Thanks
Hi zaza63
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Also, please send the link to the page with the issue where the counters and filtering are not correct, so we can check everything right away.

Hi,
I’m currently implementing numeric range filters in Filter Everything Pro for my WooCommerce store and I’m focusing on the “Washing machines and dryers” category right now.
I’m trying to create sliders for product dimensions (width, height, and depth), but I’ve run into a few issues:
The slider displays higher default values than the actual product data — for example, I have a washing machine with a width of 40 cm, but the slider starts from 56 cm. Could you please tell me where I can adjust or control these minimum and maximum values? https://dagawagd.pl/produkty/agd/pralki-i-suszarki/I also need to add a “Depth” filter, which is a very important dimension for home appliances (especially washing machines and dishwashers). Is it possible to add a numeric range filter for this parameter as well, and how should it be configured correctly?
I’d really appreciate your help — this feature is crucial for customers who choose appliances based on dimensions.
Thank you in advance for your support!
Hi zibi0812
The _width custom field is a default WooCommerce custom field. From what we understand, this is the one that should be set to 40: https://prnt.sc/-f3hx1NROc9P
However, in the product settings, the width is empty: https://prnt.sc/XYr7jw0zdrOn
Here is the product with the values: https://prnt.sc/rIyYxZop7EAK
So, you need to configure these values in the product settings. It’s unclear where the other data is pulled from for product description, as there are multiple different custom fields on the products.
However, the “Szerokość (cm)” filter is created from the _width.
As long as the “Depth” is a custom field or a taxonomy containing only numerical values like 20, 20.1, and so on, you can create a range slider from it.

Victor
Hello there, I’m writing here as requested in wordpress forum topic (see here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/filters-not-working-39/)
That’s a presale question. Can you confirm that if I buy the PRO version of “Filter Everything” Plugin it will fix the issue described in the topic?
Thanks a lot.
Hi studioitc
Thank you for the reference.
Yes, this setup should work with the PRO version.
Regarding the question about the license, it is a one-time purchase with lifetime updates and 6 months of premium support. You can activate the license on two sites.
Just in case you get confused by the plugin settings with the PRO version, let us know right away, and we can check everything for you and even set up an example on your site.
Please note that support is available on business days from 08:00 to 16:00 London time. If you have questions and we are not responding, it may be because support hours for the day have ended, or it is not a working day. Typically, you can expect responses within 10 to 60 minutes during our working hours.
Best Regards,
Victor
atleast can i get refund, so it will be helpful for me.
Hi tomboyindiaofficial
In general, a refund is possible by submitting a form through the account where the plugin was purchased and waiting for a response. Please note that the support team does not handle refunds. Furthermore, we have no control over the refund team and cannot speed up the process or influence it in any way.

Seriously i didnt expect these answers from you people, i just wasted my money on this plugin, if it cant filter the variation images, so what is the point in it. atleast give me some solutions on that, i have tried a lot of php codes but still didnt work.
Hi tomboyindiaofficial
We are sorry to hear that.
However, please note that filtering by variations and their attributes is supported by the plugin, but displaying variation images during filtering is not a core feature and is not connected to the filtering functionality. It’s an optional enhancement, it is not part of the filtering functionality. Additionally, this feature is not mentioned anywhere in the plugin’s description or documentation.
If you’d like to display variation images dynamically, it would require custom coding. However, developing custom code or extending plugin features that are not included in the default functionality falls outside the scope of our support policy. Such extensions can be created on your own, or you can wait until we include this functionality in a future updates of the plugin.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi, i added filters sets of color and size to my product category pages, but when i apply filters the colors are not changing. instead the products which are having those color variations are showing up. the variation images are not showing.
Hi tomboyindiaofficial
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Yes, that is the current behavior. If this is a variation product, you will see the parent product and its default image. However, there has been a discussion about displaying the variation images as well (if they exist). This feature is only in the planning stage for now, with no exact release date yet.

Hi I’ve purchased Filter Everything pro plugin for Wordpress. Currently that plugin in locked due to requirement of license code.
I have my license code, but if I enter it into Wordpress license section, and press “Activate”, then Wordpress gives me an “Unknown Error”.
Can you please provide support in this regard.
Hi adriaan12
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
This happens when the connection to the license server is blocked on the hosting side, or vice versa. In such cases, we can manually activate the license on the site.
For this, please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document. Additionally, attach the license key that you are currently using.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi, I’ve send my credentials to FE support.

Does the agency have any Black Friday promotions or discounts?
Hi NestorLimbb
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
As far as we remember from last year, there were general Black Friday discounts on the site itself, and we took part in them. However, we are not sure how it will be this year. If we get any updates on this matter, we’ll let you know right away in this comment thread.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi NestorLimbb
A small update: the discounts are currently applied.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi lona12124
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
We are not sure which exact “billing receipt” you are referring to. However, if you purchased something, including our plugin, on the Envato marketplace, all transactions are handled by Envato, not by us. Perhaps these pages will be useful for you:

Hi, I’m currently using Filter Everything PRO and I have a question regarding attribute filters. I need to create a filter that includes around 100 attribute terms, but I would like to avoid adding them manually one by one. Is there a way to automatically display all available attribute terms in the filter, without having to select each one individually? Ideally, I’d like the filter to dynamically include all terms associated with products, or even all terms regardless of product assignment. If this is not currently possible, is there a workaround or hook I could use to achieve this? Thanks in advance for your help! Best regards,
Hi Onvia
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Unfortunately, the filters have to be created manually. The upcoming 1.9.2 plugin version will include an automatic filter set builder, but it will be for example purposes only, containing a few filters in the filter set for each available post type and related taxonomies as filters.
Theoretically, such functionality can be implemented, but there are many hidden issues with this approach. These include the time required to create all filters automatically, the amount of data being processed, and the script execution time on the server, along with other server settings that could cause the process to stop if it exceeds the allowed execution time or other limits. However, functionality like this can be presented in future updates.

Victor
Hi Pudis
Since you are using WPML, you need to turn on the Filter Set translation. Please check this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/with-wpml-polylang/
You should create a filter set for each language. Please note that during translation, the filter set does not duplicate the filters inside it, so you need to edit the filter set and add the required filters for each language.
Best Regards,
Victor
Great. We using wpml and now looking forward how to translate only these filters names created in ACF groups – https://prnt.sc/wSu2gN8tQ5u5
So there are two options: either create separate ACF fields for each language, or if this is a checkbox custom field, add multiple language options and apply only the required options to the products in each language. In the filter set, choose which options to include or exclude if needed; usually, hiding empty filter terms will do the job.
One more option is using custom code. You can use the hook to modify the terms before they are displayed. For more information on the hook, please check this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/hooks/
Best Regards,
Victor
i think only second option is available for us, because ACF fields generated for both languages.
Yes, this is the best approach to take at the moment. As far as we know, it may be changed in future updates, providing more options. At least that’s what we heard from the development team.
Best Regards,
Victor
We need Your help with these 5 strings created in ACF, they should be Latvian language. How to use hooks to achieve this? 2 in here – https://prnt.sc/eZEU8xsmjMAC and 3 these: Dviejų dalių Trijų dalių Teleskopinis
They are in these pages: https://virenda.lv/kategorija-noma/lietoti-iekraveji/lietota-noliktavas-tehnika/ https://virenda.lv/kategorija-noma/lietoti-iekraveji/lietoti-elektriskie-iekraveji/Hi Pudis
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
This way, we can check how you created the translations and so on, in order to provide the solution. Also, under perfect circumstances, it would be great if you could provide access to the staging site, so we can check everything without any worries about the site’s functionality.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Pudis
We have checked the site, and currently, you are using the same custom field for different languages; this will not work (ACF field translation will not work). Here’s what you can do:
1) For example, this custom field: https://prnt.sc/0Qx1AYbhVRzd has three values in one language. What you can do is add three more options in another language and apply both language options to products. Then, in the filter set for one language, use these options: https://prnt.sc/dmiqmkizWuuf to exclude the options from the other language. Do the same for another language.
2) This is the second option and better: create separate custom fields to be used only for each language. For example, use sandeliavimo_technikos_tipas only for Liet and sandeliavimo_technikos_tipas_lat for Lat. Then, create a filter for Liet from the custom field “sandeliavimo_technikos_tipas”, and for Lat, create a filter from the “sandeliavimo_technikos_tipas_lat” custom field.
Best Regards,
Victor
i think 2 option is much faster, ill try to do it
But its still hard to understand. If we create another language sandeliavimo_technikos_tipas_lat, how to assign it to latvian language products? we use translation manager, so we cannot assign options for different languages.
So, for this, all you have to do is apply both custom field values to your products.
Example:
Product 1:
custom_field_liet
custom_field_lat
Both custom_field_liet and custom_field_lat have the same values, but in different languages. So, for the Liet filter set, you will use the custom field custom_field_liet, and for the Lat filter set, you will use custom_field_lat.
Best Regards,
Victor
its working, we do now fot other products. Thank You.
Hello!
We have WooCommerce shop page where filters are on the left sidebar (mainly attributes) and results are shown on the right. Initially, we show 9 main categories in the results section (this comes from WooCommerce configuration).
The problem is that when we activate the filter on the left sidebar for attribute it does not change the results on the right – the categories are still there. Filter gets activated and AJAX loads but results are not changed. We also tried this with free version and there it worked well but we couldn’t get the “OR” logic working between attribute selections. What we should do to get this working?
We are using Elementor PRO with Hello Elementor template.
Thank you!
Hi levipro
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document. Also, please attach the link to the page where you are testing it so we can check it.
In general, if only categories are displayed on the page, the filters will not change them to display products. If both categories and products are displayed, then the products will be filtered.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thank you! Yes, sure. I have sent the credentials.
We have checked the site, and everything is working as expected. If the page displays only categories, the filtering will not replace them with products. It works the same way in both the Free and PRO versions.
You need to display products in order to filter them. For example, if you go to the site.url/kategooria/ilusustid/, you will see only the products, and they will be filterable.
If you want to filter products, you need to display them. You can display both categories and products at the same time.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thank you! Sorry but I cannot agree with you.
Please check now. We have activated the same setup with Free version and it works differently. But now the “OR” logic is not working – maybe you have some fix for that?
Weird, as before testing it, we checked the behavior using only the free version, and it didn’t work that way; maybe we missed something. However, just for double confirmation, we also recreated the same setup on our end and tested it, using the Archive Products Elementor widget with the shop page template, and as expected, nothing changed.
Here are the results from our testing site: https://prnt.sc/uklfL_0IxGrX
However, we noticed that on your site, this happens only when the Filter Permalink Manager is turned off. So it is working the same on the PRO version if we turned off Permalinks in the RPO version. This suggests there might be some custom code or another plugin working with the GET parameters and altering this behaviour.
However, the plugin itself does not have any functionality to change the category template into products during filtering.
What you can do is turn off all plugins and use the default 2025 theme during testing to see how it works. If nothing changes during filtering, which is the correct behavior in both the Free and PRO versions, you can then enable the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing this behavior and the visibility change from categories to products.
Best Regards,
Victor
Just to specify. We want to show products when attribute filter is activated. Categories filter is working exactly as expected. Just to make it very clear: when you open the shop page and select attribute filter (“MUREKOHT”) then it should show the products on the right. Right now nothing changes and categories are still there on the right. That’s the problem and it behaves differently with free and PRO version.
Currently, you have the PRO version active with the filters Permalink Manager turned off. It uses the same GET parameters for the filter as the free version, so it behaves the same way. You likely have some custom functionality that is using these GET parameters.
If the Shop page displays only categories, the filter plugin does not have functionality to change the categories into products when choosing attributes or any other filters. What is happening on your site is strictly either custom functionality or a conflict with the templates when filtering and seeing products with the GET parameters.
Best Regards,
Victor
OK. Thank you!
Hello, I am using the PRO version of Filter Everything v1.9.1. I’ve added a Filter on my Shop page to retrieve products based on selected product categories.
Even though I selected ‘AND’ in the ‘Filter Logic’ config, whenever I choose more than one product category, the filer is retrieving all those categories products (as if it where an ‘OR’ condition). The more categories I select the more results I get. Instead of narrowing them down, that is what we actually want to achieve. I changed the ‘Filter Logic’ to ‘OR’ on the config to try out, and I’m getting the same results as if I where using ‘AND’.
Additional info: Example url with two categories (award certificate and marketing) > /shop/c-award-certificate-or-marketing/
When selecting ‘AND’ the checkboxes for category selection are actually working ok > When I click on a category, I get fewer categories checkboxes (they get filtered), since the ones that don’t contain products with the selected category disappear. As soon as I selected a second category this breaks too, and all categories appear again.
Any clue what this may be happening or how can we debug it or fix it? Thanks
Hi joshtate11
Unfortunately, this is not typical issue, it is something site-related. In such cases, we usually check everything using the credentials. However, this type of checking is only available for users with active support time.
If you would like us to check it directly on your site, please extend your support time, and we will provide further instructions on how to share the credentials so we can check everything.

Hello,
I am using the PRO version of Filter Everything v1.9.1 (purchased from your official website), and I need help with filtering based on two custom date fields.
My setup:
I have products (camps) that can have multiple possible term ranges, but in each product I only store two values:
oferta-start-date – the first possible start date
oferta-end-date – the last possible end date
Both fields are stored using ACF Date Picker with the return format Y-m-d (or converted to timestamps if needed).
In my filter set, I currently use:
Departure date → Custom numeric field
Return date → Custom numeric field
What I need:
If the user selects any date that falls between oferta-start-date and oferta-end-date, the product should be included in the results.
Right now, the filter only works if the selected date exactly matches the stored start or end date — it does not return products when the selected date is within the range.
Question:
What is the correct and recommended way to configure this type of date range availability filtering in the PRO version?
Additionally, if there was an option to enable the “Date Range” filter type for custom fields (not only for the Post Date field), it would perfectly solve this use case and would be extremely useful for travel offers, etc.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi Ptaq86
The ability to create filters from the ACF Date Picker custom field will be available in the upcoming 1.9.2 update.
However, if you have two dates applied to your post, the database will only store those two exact dates, not the full range of dates between the start and end dates. This is why you’re experiencing the current behavior. If you write all dates from the start to the end date into the database for your product, the filtering will then work as you want it to.

Hi, is there a way to export the Filter sets from one installation of Wordpress to another?
As I have developed my test site, and now I want to transfer it to the live site
Hi wwdad68
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
The import/export functionality will be available starting from the upcoming 1.9.2 update. Currently, the plugin does not include any import or export features.

Victor
