Hello, I am following up on my support request, that I send, as I have not yet received a response. Since today the plugin seems no longer working. Tha cart is not working when the plugin is active.
Responded over email, feel free to follow up there

Hi Sormano – sorry I can’t seem to find the right article or information in your support docs – If I want to setup a UK delivery rate – and apply it only to the following POSTCODES (Zipcodes) – how do I put them into the rate table – so I put commas between? If you’ve a how-to support doc, send on and I should be able to work out! For instance I want to make a rate that only covers the following postcodes:
E,EC,N,NW,SE,SW,W,WC
Not sure how the line should look – so assuming it will be:
Zipcode – IS EQUAL TO – then how do I format the list of postcodes in the value box?
Hope that makes sense!

Hi there, is it possible to use the the ‘Brand’ taxonomy that is built in to WooCommerce as a condition?
For example, all products in the ‘Nike’ brand cost $xx to ship. All product in the ‘Puma’ brand cost $xx to ship.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is not available out of the box at this time, but will come with future update. If needed immediately, it is possible to add this through a custom script.
Cheers, Jeroen
Thanks for the quick reply. I just saw your documenation on creating a custom condition (https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/developer-adding-a-custom-condition/). Appreciate the help.
Hello,
I am following up on my support request, that I send yesterday, as I have not yet received a response.
I am interested in purchasing the Advanced Pricing extension for WooCommerce Advanced Shipping. However, I noticed that it does not appear to be available on CodeCanyon.
As I seen the extension is available in your website. So, I would appreciate your confirmation regarding the following:
My use case requires multiple weight-based shipping prices — more than 40 weight ranges — and these need to be applied per shipping zone. In other words:
Each weight range must have its own specific cost
Pricing must vary per zone
I need to avoid creating dozens of separate manual rules
Can you please confirm whether the Advanced Pricing (Cost per Weight) extension allows:
• A structured weight table where each weight range has its own price • Different pricing per zone • Efficient management without duplicating an excessive number of shipping methods
I would like to proceed with the purchase, but I want to be certain that the extension fully supports this structure before completing the order.
Thank you in advance for your clarification.
Hi Yiannis,
I received a support request from you ~2 weeks ago, but nothing from yesterday. Could you please send it again through the support channel here;

Ηι Sormano,
I have just created a new support request.
Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
This plugin is NOT compatible with woocommerce high performance orders. This setting makes your website much faster for customers and in admin area.
Hi Aaron,
The plugin is compatible with HPOS, and has been since the beginning of HPOS (2023).

Here’s what I need:
1. Normally, if the cart total is under $30, a $5 delivery charge applies. If the cart total is above $30, shipping is free.
2. However, for certain products—specifically those in a class like “Atta/Rice”—I always want to charge $2.50, even if the cart total is above $30.
3. In short, if a product from the “Atta/Rice” class is in the cart, free shipping should not appear. Instead, it should charge $2.50. If that class is not present, then the normal $5 or free logic applies.
Can your paid version allow me to conditionally disable free shipping based on product classes or categories? I’d appreciate confirmation that your premium solution can handle this exact scenario.
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry for the delay, I missed your message before.
Yes, it is possible to setup these types of conditions / shipping cost with the plugin.
Cheers, Jeroen
hi I want to be able to have a range of 10 different product that you can buy in combination. if you buy 1 product 1 the shipping price WILL SHOW as $10 if you then buy product 2 the shipping price will show at $10 this will show at $10 all the way upto 10 products wether its 10 of product 1 or 1 of each of the 10 . BUT if you buy 11 the shipping price will rise to say $15 and so on and soforth Now does this plugin allow me to achieve that? hope that makes sense
Hi,
It is possible to setup shipping rates based on the quantity of a group through category / shipping class with this plugin in combination with the WAS Advanced Pricing extension (https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/extension-woocommerce-advanced-shipping-advanced-pricing/)
Cheers, Jeroen
So i dont become a pain to you for a $23 plugin has a video setup guide available?
Hi,
There’s no video guide available, but you can always ask questions through the support channel if you’re getting stuck somewhere.
Cheers, Jeroen
Hi team, could you please confirm if this can work out the shipping cost base on weight. For example, 1kg is 10$. Then 100 gram will only cost $1. Thank you!
Hi Hannah,
Yes, it is possible to setup these kinds of cost with the plugin in combination with the WAS Advanced Pricing extension (https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/extension-woocommerce-advanced-shipping-advanced-pricing/)

Two questions.
1. What are the main differences between free and pro plugin?
2. If I check “Hide other shipping methods when free shipping is available” it also hides local pickup and I need that. How can I check this option while keeping local pickup visible on the cart and checkout page?
Hi,
1) This plugin allows for setting up shipping cost. The Advanced Free Shipping only does free shipping rates.
2) The hide setting does not discriminate between the different shipping methods. It is possible with a code snippet to not hide local pickup.
Cheers, Jeroen
thanks for responding. How much will it cost to hire you to create this code snippet and add it in fluentsnippets plugin?
or even better bake the code into your plugin and have it as an GUI option like a simple checkbox we can check or something else
Hi Joe,
Could you reach out to me through my site with your request?
Thanks, Jeroen
Ok but it is asking for purchase code I dont have one
I just need to ask this one off request. I dont need the pro version. The free is sufficient. I just need to hire you to make the modification we spoke about. I cannot fill out your support form since I dont have a purchase code
Hi,
You can contact me through other contact forms on the website as well.
Cheers, Jeroen
ok perfect I just submitted my response on the hire me form page. Looking forward to hearing back. Thanks!
How do one display multiple shipping options? For example i want to display Pickup Option and Flat rate Shipping so customers can select either pickup or delivery
Hi,
All rates that match the conditions will appear as a option for the customer.
Cheers, Jeroen
Pre purchase question:
If I have to manage shipping fees by quantity ranges ( 1<Qty<10 = 10$ / 11<Qt<20 = 20$ ... ), 10 ranges for example. And suppose there are 10 zones. Should we create a shipping method for each qty range in each zone, 10×10 methods, 10 in each zone ? Or can we manage qty ranges within the same method (1 method per zone) ?
Thanks
Hi,
There are different ways you can setup the plugin. Depending on your requirements you can either create separate rates for each quantity range, or you can setup multiple ranges within one rate using the ‘Advanced Pricing’ section.
Cheers, Jeroen
Hi,
How to test the plugin before purchasing ? I just want to make sure there is no conflict with other plugins, as I experienced before…
Thanks
Hi,
You can use the ‘Live preview’ to see a demo of the plugin, but you cannot test this on your own site. The plugin shouldn’t interfere with other plugins, though shipping rates can be affected by other plugins.
Cheers, Jeroen
Hi Jeroen,
I noticed this in my WP admin: “Your license for Advanced Shipping is invalid. Purchase or renew a license to continue to get support and dashboard updates. Have a license? Enter license on the plugins page” So I deactivated the license, and tried to reactivate. Now it says I’ve hit the limit. Is this because it’s installed on the staging site (same domain, different subdomain)?
I also can’t send this to support, as apparently that’ expired too.
Kind regards,
Ben
Hi Ben,
I believe I’ve just replied to your email. Feel free to follow up there.
Cheers, Jeroen
Im getting this new error after deactivating and re-activing all plugins to troubleshoot something. When re-activing Advanced Shipping plugin, woocommerce gives this notice “This plugin is incompatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature ‘High-Performance order storage’, it shouldn’t be activated.” I activated it anyway.

HI, PRE-SALE Q When customers add products to their cart and then go to the check out, I want the plugin to automatically select a predefined shipping option based on the total weight of their cart. Can your plugin do this? Thanks.
Hi,
Yes, you can setup shipping rates based on the weight and make sure its selected automatically by making sure its the first in the list (Woo automatically selects the first shipping rate).
Cheers, Jeroen
Thank you Sormano, but that’s not what I asked for! I know woo automatically select the first shipping method but the first method is not always based on the total weight of the cart! never-mind.
Hi,
I believe it is exactly what you’re asking for.?
- I confirmed you can setup rates/cost based on weight - And confirmed you can set it in the Woo Zones, and as long as you can set it as the first option it will automatically be selected as thats a Woo option.
Only if you have a different solution that forces a shipping rate at the top it would take that instead.
If I missed something, feel free to let me know what.
Cheers Jeroen
Thank you Jeroen, I have attached a screenshot for you to look at. I only have shipping like the one in the screenshot but each country it has different prices. As you can see the top option (Less than 1kg: $99) always get selected by woo, but sometimes the shipping weight is 4kg and customers do not select the Up to 5kg option! Will your plugin automatically select the shipping option based on the total cart weight?
i DO NOT HAVE AN OPTION TO SEND THE SCREENSHOT HERE
Yes.
pre-sale question I use Printify I need to have split shipping and charge shipping based on print provider. Can i do this charge multiple shipping that way the customer pays shipping and get separate shipping tracking per. Example customer orders from 2 suppliers, print provider A order 2 items shipping $5.00 plus print provider B order 3 items shipping $8.00. can i achieve this with your plug in. thanks
Hi,
The plugin does not integrate with Printify, nor does it provide tracking.
It is possible to manually setup cost per shipping class quantity for a Advanced Shipping rate.
Cheers, Jeroen
Hi there, I have 2 zones setup for UK based Postcodes.
ZONE1 has a postcode that starts CB1,CB2,CB3 etc and ZONE2 have postcodes which start CB32,CB33 etc.
The trouble I have is if I enter “CB33 2FF” as a postcode, BOTH associated shipping methods are shown as “CB33” (ZONE2) is correctly picked up together with “CB3” (ZONE1) which is incorrect. I wondered if there is a way to differentate with a space or a * sign perhaps?
Thanks
Hi,
By default spaces are removed. It would require a customization for spaces to be recognized like that.
Feel free to reach out through my site if you need assistance with a customization like that.
Cheers, Jeroen
Could i define that 10 products out of the 100 I have, if someone adds them to the cart, will not display a specific shipping method?
Hi,
It is possible to prevent a Advanced Shipping rate from appearing when those items are in the cart.
Feel free to reach out through the support channel if you need further instructions.
Cheers, Jeroen
I am using the plugin New Zealand Shipping Zones for WooCommerce that breaks the zones down by postcodes here in NZ. I have two rates flat rate and rural rate. BUT! I want to offer people who live in the 4500 postcode the ability to combine items so 1-3 items would be charge $5 Hopefully if they put in the postcode 4500 it would tell them in the shopping cart “you can add two more items” for the same freight If you follow what I am after could i achieve it with your plugin
Hi,
It is possible to setup the shipping rate to $5 for 1-3 items with this plugin, but it won’t show a message like that.
For adding such message I’d recommend to take a look at my Advanced Messages for WooCommerce plugin instead.
Cheers, Jeroen
