Sorry to hear about your experience and that you're not satisfied. I'd like to clarify that the message about to license is to enter a supported license key to receive dashboard updates and support. It is not an error, nor does it limit the use of the plugin. It can be dismissed if you'd like.

Migration to a shipping zone is optional. This is just to make that process easier. The 'More information' link provides additional information if you're unsure or unfamiliar with this.

I can't seem to find any support ticket based on your name, are these 2 things the only mishaps you have with the plugin? (I personally feel that is maybe more of a misunderstanding or having a different expectation of something rather than real issues that the plugin has).

Happy to discuss further through the support channel if you wish to, and hoping you consider reviewing your rating/review.

Thank you for giving your thoughts on this.

I'd like to clarify that you are not forced to renew support to continue to use the plugin as you're used to. Only the active connection to provide dashboard updates asks for a valid support license. If you prefer not to have this you can still download the updates manually from Envato as before.

Since this is a extremely well build plugin with few updates (it doesn't need many fixes/feature updates) over time this shouldn't affect your experience too much (in my opinion, yours may differ of course ;-)
