Should I send over login credentials?
No, most times there is no need for me to login to your site. In fact, logging into your site does not fall under the support policy.
In rare cases where something is happening that cannot be communicated / figured out via email I may ask for a temporary login (yes there are exceptions to the support policy 
).
Can I send over a video?
Videos are a very difficult and ineffective way of communicating information, and because of this I generally do not view videos for support. Screenshots directly attached to the email is the preferred method.
Response time
I try to reply to every email within 24 hours of its arrival. In the weekend this usually also goes, but chances are it could take a bit longer.
How do I install the plugin?
If you want to install the plugin you first have to unpack the files you download from CodeCanyon. In that folder you’ll find three items;
