Please consider adding messaging APIs like Mailgun, Mailjet, etc. in future updates. Many of us use GoDaddy, and they don’t allow SMTP for bulk emails. I hope you’ll consider it and that I’ll be able to purchase it. Excellent script.

I’m experiencing difficulties connecting my WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta) application to Support Board.
The application was created correctly in Meta for Developers and is fully functional and approved by Meta, including:
Verified business number;
Valid and active access token;
Webhook configured and successfully validated in the Meta dashboard.
However, Support Board does not provide any visible feedback about the connection status — there are no success messages, error alerts, or logs indicating whether the integration was completed or failed.
I have already reviewed all the official documentation and followed every step provided, but the connection simply doesn’t establish and shows no diagnostic output.
Additionally, there is no human support available, only automated AI responses, which unfortunately do not solve the problem.
I kindly ask for your assistance with the following:
Please verify if there is any known issue with the integration of the official WhatsApp Cloud API.
Provide detailed instructions on how to correctly configure the Configuration URL, Secret Key, and Cloud API numbers.
If possible, connect me with a human representative to follow up on this case.

I tried demo on cloud.board.support but I found that emails are not getting converted into ticket. If anyone is sending mails I am not able to see in support board admin panel unless I synchronise again and again. Every time I have to click on synchronise to see new mails

Please fix the missing delete button in Flow Connect. Also, check the flows themselves; they’re working quite poorly. In QA, note that when you use Tools Calling POST, you’re sending the header and values as null.
Please resolve the core functionality issue; each update fixes three things and breaks four.
