Please add a feature that asks users for their name and email when the agent is inactive or takes time to respond, without requiring any login, similar to how other chat systems work.For instance, when no agent is online, a small form could appear saying: “Please enter your name and email so we can get back to you as soon as possible.” This helps capture leads and ensures users can still be contacted even if the chat is unattended.

Blindly purchasing this because I own Perfex and only realizing after installation that it doesn’t have a landing page? What am I missing? I’m able to access the backend via admin.php but where’s the home landing page? I’m getting 403 forbidden error.
Maybe I’m suppose to use this on an existing site in which it would be installed in a sub-directory. I think?
Hi, thank you for the purchase, you need a website to insert the chat into it. If you have Perfex and the Perfex addon of Support Board the chat will be shown automatically on your Perfex clients area.

Not following as I get ‘this page isn’t working mydomain.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500’ when installing this to a subdomain or subdirectory off the domain of my existing website. My process: create a DB linked to the mainsite, create a new folder ’/mysupport, upload files to folder, open browser and navigate to mydomain/mysupport/admin.php, completed form and it returns that error. What am I missing?

After enabling debugging in PHP I’m throwing the following fatal error in the browser: Fatal error: Uncaught mysqli_sql_exception: Table ‘myspprtbrddbs.sb_settings’ doesn’t exist in /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.net/httpdocs/supportcenter/include/functions.php on line 143. Is there a sql demo database file I need to import to address this issue with the missing table? Any responses appreciated.
The troubleshooting methods for the 403 forbidden error doesn’t seem to take into account the existing website which isn’t impacted by the firewall or modsecurity. Life would be a lot easier if I could install this to a subdomain.

I installed the PHP version, and everything works fine except the Image Card. When the chatbot shows an item, the image often doesn’t display, sometimes showing broken links. All card shortcodes are added correctly, but they work only about 1 in 5 times.

2. Only OpenAI is supported but you can add more yourself. You need a code customization for that, also Support Board API will allow it.
3. Yes, the chatbot will work on WhatsApp too.
