Can i send payment due reminder and other automation things of perfex crm customers using this module? Does it support bulk messaging to perfex customers using whatsapp templates?

You can send reminders and other automations related to perfex but you need to use Support Board API and write a custom code (you can hire us as well)

Ah, so the Tickets Area appears inside of Perfex allowing me to engage with all members from a central location? Be cool if both items were available for purchase within Codecanyon as a single purchase.

I just purchased it a short while ago. Is Support Board a standalone application, or is it a module that works with Perfex CRM? Also, could you please provide detailed installation instructions? This is version 1.0.5 I go to the admin panel, and under Setup/Settings/Setup, I can’t find the App button.

I just checked and realized that I had already purchased it (Perfex – Powerful Open Source CRM) before, but I haven’t used it yet. However, the name of your app is confusing—there are too many similar ones. It’s also hard to find the manual. Please tell me exactly how to install it.

I just bought this product and it’s the old version, why? The changelog page lists version 1.1.3, but only version 1.0.5, which is a few years old, is available for download.

Thank you, so you are selling the old version so that when someone has not purchased a subscription and their support has ended, they can’t update only the plugin, they have to pay again for the CRM, which once they have customized it to their needs, they don’t need an update from you.

This is exactly the kind of business practices they use, I recommend others not to buy anything from them.

No. There is the module you install on Perfex, and there is the Perfex App you install on Support Board. They are 2 different things. Just follow the docs and do not make assumptions, please. There are no old versions, you have the latest versions. Thank you!

Your server/hosting has file and folder permissions issues, or a firewall is blocking our website. You can verify it from Settings > Miscellaneous > Check Requirements (keep in mind that even if it’s all green, you still have a server problem, it just isn’t caught by the requirements checks). You can install the apps manually, if you can not solve the server issue. Go here for the manual installation: https://board.support/synch/manual.php. Install and activate it by inserting the folder inside the downloaded zip file (do not upload the zip file) into the Support Board /apps/ folder. After the manual installation has been succesfully completed, you will see the new app area in the settings area. With manual installation, there is no need to activate the app from Settings > Apps; as the app is already installed and activated.

For help with your server-related issue, please contact your server support and provide them with this conversation. They will need to grant full read and write permissions to all Support Board files and folders.

I have Perfex SaaS module installed. Will this allow me to use this for Tickets and Support for Tenants of the SaaS. I understand that other modules have to be purchased

Hi, you also need the 59 USD Support Board product. After that, you will be able to show the chat on the Perfex user dashboard, sync the login status and more. For the tickets area, you also need the 19 USD tickets app.

Do they have access to the API, is it to make other integrations with the chat?

To Smoothc1, It means that even though you already purchased the $59 support board and the support has expired, when you buy a new add-on module, you need to pay another $50 for the support again for the main support board product. Really?

Please can you explain how this customer chat works we all know if we use other customer chat app the chat app code is added in index.php for the frontend and for the dashboard it’s added in dashboard.php is it the same way this your customer chat work’s? The chat will be included and shown automatically on the Perfex account area of the user, Check our docs for more details. You must also buy the Support Board main product which costs 59 USD. This is an addon.

Support for this module is unavailable. To access support, you must renew all support board licenses. Even if the module is still active, it cannot be supported without a valid support license.
