By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.

Will it work for the SaaS perfex modules for tenants?
Like right now, we as the Admin are using the chatbot for customers support.
Instead of us, can we allow tenants to use the chatbot so that they can automate the communication with their customers?
