Will it work for the SaaS perfex modules for tenants?
Like right now, we as the Admin are using the chatbot for customers support.
Instead of us, can we allow tenants to use the chatbot so that they can automate the communication with their customers?

yes sir database value is right i have given config.php file 0777 permission and tray to import it is moving and till now cercle in square moving again i have resume permission but it is moving and give 500 error

No sorry. You can actually do it via API and custom code, but there is no a ready integration for that.
Hello, If I use the “Check Requirements” the app stalls on waiting circle. Same thing happens when I click on a language in “Translations” I am also having trouble with the Perfex integration. When I insert my license and click on send, I get Error:file-not-found Thanks
I managed to manually install the perfex app but when I try to import contact the button turns to a spinning circle and just stalls and does not import the contacts. Thanks
App also stalls when editing admin profile or adding new agents.

Chat is not showing on the Clients Portal, the Tickets option is visible on the clients portal tabs however when you access it you get a square and again a stalling circle.

Your server/hosting has file and folder permissions issues. Please check if the browser console has error (on Chrome you can open it from Settings > More tools > Developer tools > Console), if no errors, enable the PHP debug and/or check the PHP error logs. When you find the error message send it to your hosting provider, let him fix your server issues, then install everything again.

Great! Your Perfex DB prefix is wrong. Edit the file config.php in Support Board folder and leave it empty.
