Hello! I’m interested in purchasing your Chat – Support Board – AI Chatbot – PHP product.

I have three questions before buying:

Will I get full access to the source code after purchase?

Can I use a local AI model (for example, LLaMA) instead of OpenAI?

If I add WhatsApp integration, will the AI chatbot be able to automatically reply to users via WhatsApp?

Hi there!

1. Yes, full source code access.

2. Only OpenAI is supported but you can add more yourself. You need a code customization for that, also Support Board API will allow it.

3. Yes, the chatbot will work on WhatsApp too.

Hey there I want to buy SaaS version but please can you confirm will it work on shared hosting? If not can you customise to make it work on shared hosting and how much will be the charges for the same?

Hi one Extended License can be used only on one domain. You can add a secodary domain for dev/testing purposes and it must be a subdomain of the domain where the SAAS is installed.

Ok got it. A single VPS will work well, you just have to isolate the environements (default with any hosting management panel).

We can also make the installation for the SAAS version for 150 USD. You will need to have a dedicated server or VPS with Plesk installed. If you don’t have Plesk installed, you can provide us with SSH access for installation and we will install it. A cost-effective VPS with basic resources (e.g. 1GB of RAM, 2vCPU, 20GB SSD space) is enough if you do not have a lot of customers. We can also buy and set up the server for you. We will use an AWS EC2 server. You will have to register in AWS and send us the login credentials.

Thank you for the reply, i will take it in serious consideration. However, I moved the script from to an other domain and when I try to connect the AI app again, I get : error file not found. I don’t remember if i need to download some files or if we connect just with the license key that I have already purchased a while ago!

I solved my issue by changing the default permission folders !!!

By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.

Speech recognition is available (the chatbot can understand audio messages sent by users). Video calls are not yet supported. We have plans to add them in the future but no ETA.

I want to purchase the SaaS version to use exclusively WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram and replace the current system we use with our clients.

1 – Are all the WhatsApp Business features available, including editing comments, replying, forwarding, and reacting?

2 – Is it possible to run campaigns for registered contacts?

3 – Is it possible to import contacts from my phone?

4 – I don’t see the message template options. Where are they?

5 – Can I create a flow that is directed to a department and works with WhatsApp?

Schiocco, I’m amazed by your system! I didn’t know CHAT had a WhatsApp add-on, and among the systems currently being sold here at CodeCanyon, yours is the most organized and comprehensive. Congratulations!

Our customers use the following options a lot:

- Message reactions; - Message editing; in some cases, some information is sent with typos, etc. - The message reply option is also widely used by our customers to keep the conversation organized when the end user sends a lot of messages;

Do you have any plans for these small adjustments in the future?

Suggested improvements:

I noticed that to style text, I need to manually insert * to bold your text, etc. Our customers use this type of styling a lot.

The message search works well, but it doesn’t redirect me to the exact location of the content in the chat, and when it comes to searching for a specific part of the conversation, this type of more accurate search is always helpful.

Here in South America, we use the “Mercado Pago” payment option a lot. 100% of our customers pay through this option. Have you considered offering “Mercado Pago” as a payment method?

In my current system, we have an option to add notes directly to the chat. These notes are only visible to our team; this is what we call a “Private Message.”

I would appreciate if you could respond to the above improvement suggestions. It helps us understand what’s coming up and what you think.

Here’s a supplement that might serve as inspiration for you. Looking at your video of connecting WhatsApp to the Official API, I see that it’s outdated. Of course, for those of us who know about it, it’s not a problem, but for others, it is. It is just a different design, it is not better. It is a matter of personal preferences.

Honest feedback: I have installed some saas, non saas, and many wp themes… Even this is the Best code in terms of solution. but very very very complicated saas setup. They fix and update current features but sametime TikTok chat and Whatsapp calls started rolling in many platforms and here it’s not clear if coming soon
