Recently, I bought another customization service to integrate Razorpay for faster checkout.

Unfortunately, it ended up with bugs and I’ve been waiting for weeks now still no resolution from your team. This is badly impacting my business leading to a dire situation. Customers are facing trouble for online transactions so do the delivery boys couldn’t send the ‘cash in hand’ payment.

Can you guys please expedite to resolve this issue? Before I bought your Razorpay integration I was told by your team carries that your dev team carries strong experience and can deliver it error free.

I will appreciate if you guys could fix this issue at earliest as it has been weeks now.

How do we add Restaurant employee. Like we want the employee to only have access to the POS. But whenever I add an emplloyee and assign a role to it, I can’t login using the /login/restaurant-employee. But I can login using the /login/admin-employee. How do we add users for the restaurant-employee?

Hello, I would like to know if the stackfood system has already changed or added the function of when to deactivate for the admin to accept an order, whether offline or online payment, the restaurant can only accept it because before even deactivating for the admin to accept, he had to keep accepting when the payment was offline.

Contacted so many times about dynamic API settings Like changing api on admin panel will affact all app api change at once. asked for expense entry hr management. these are minimal requirement to start a softwere however this softwere missing those. I have purchased but you guys always saying that you forward to your higher authority! Do you guys think we are jooking? Not really. In a future update, restaurant users could be asked to verify their accounts by submitting their documents or custom forms. This feature is already implemented for delivery drivers and restaurants, but diner users are missing. This way, the administrator or support staff can authenticate their identity, and once the account is verified, they can place orders.

Finally, a limit could be added for cash orders, as up to now, users can order food for exorbitant amounts, such as $1,000,000, and won’t want to pay those amounts. Simply add a cash purchase limit.

We’re using StackFood for a multi-restaurant food delivery project. In our country, addresses are managed hierarchically (Country > Division > District > Upazila > Union).

Currently, StackFood’s zone system works great with polygons, but we’re facing some challenges:

We have thousands of small local areas (like unions/villages). Selecting them one by one is difficult.

Many areas share the same name, which is confusing without their parent district context.

Restaurants want to serve multiple small areas but exclude specific ones within the same zone.

We would like to request:

A hierarchical location selection (Country → Division → District → Upazila → Union/Village) in admin and restaurant panels.

The ability for restaurants to select multiple local areas (and exclude some) within a zone.

An API or database structure to support unique IDs for each location.

This would help us manage marketing, notifications and restaurant delivery areas more efficiently.

Could you please advise if this can be included in future updates or offered as a custom development service?
