- Firebase or Manual Order Notification type. What does Manual Order notification mean? Where can I set it up? Because I want repetition notification for confirmed order in restaurant app.

- Does Restaurant get the notification when the app is in the background or the device is locked?

Sir, 1. With Firebase, the restaurant will receive a standard pop-up notification when an order is placed. However, continuous ringing is not available for Firebase notifications. 2.When you select the Manual notification type, the restaurant app will receive continuous alerts every 10 seconds until the order request is viewed. And, If the Background Notification option is enabled in the restaurant app, it will receive notifications even when the app is running in the background or when the device is locked.

- Some items in a customer order are missing, the customer wants a refund. Will the customer receive a full refund or only the items missing from the order?

- Can the Deliveryman view/receive orders from outside his zone?

Let me clarify the current functionality. At present, deliverymen can view and accept or decline new order requests even if they are outside their assigned zones. However, we have plans for a future update where deliverymen will be restricted to receive orders only within their real-time assigned zones. Thanks

Where can I modify or disable the “Starting coverage area (km)” option in the “Vehicle Category List” section?

I want all vehicle types to receive orders from their current location, but only within the maximum coverage range will they be able to receive new orders, as in the following example:

1. Bicycle: 0 – 5 km

2. Motorcycle: 0 – 10 km

3. Car: 0 – 30 km

Sir, there is no option to disable the coverage area feature. You can set the vehicle coverage area from the delivery management section of the admin panel. However, in the current system, you can not overlap the coverage area for the vehicles. If you set the bicycle to 0-5 km, then you need to set the other vehicle to <5.1 km like 5.1-10km. And then the car needs to be set <10.1 . Thank you.

Unfortunately, it ended up with bugs and I’ve been waiting for weeks now still no resolution from your team. This is badly impacting my business leading to a dire situation. Customers are facing trouble for online transactions so do the delivery boys couldn’t send the ‘cash in hand’ payment.

How do we add Restaurant employee. Like we want the employee to only have access to the POS. But whenever I add an emplloyee and assign a role to it, I can’t login using the /login/restaurant-employee. But I can login using the /login/admin-employee. Hello, I would like to know if the stackfood system has already changed or added the function of when to deactivate for the admin to accept an order, whether offline or online payment, the restaurant can only accept it because before even deactivating for the admin to accept, he had to keep accepting when the payment was offline.

Hello sir, yes the restaurant can accept order offline. And as per I know we don’t have order deactivating feature sir, Admin can deactivate order receiving only by suspending the restaurant.

Contacted so many times about dynamic API settings Like changing api on admin panel will affact all app api change at once. asked for expense entry hr management. these are minimal requirement to start a softwere however this softwere missing those. I have purchased but you guys always saying that you forward to your higher authority! Do you guys think we are jooking? Not really. In a future update, restaurant users could be asked to verify their accounts by submitting their documents or custom forms. This feature is already implemented for delivery drivers and restaurants, but diner users are missing. This way, the administrator or support staff can authenticate their identity, and once the account is verified, they can place orders.

Finally, a limit could be added for cash orders, as up to now, users can order food for exorbitant amounts, such as $1,000,000, and won’t want to pay those amounts. Simply add a cash purchase limit.

Continuous ringtone for Android 15 is not working in the Deliver app and the Restaurant app. Will this be fixed in the next update? When will be the next update ??
