How to hide and remove the login button if we don’t want it on the page. Is there such a possibility?

Currently it’s only possible to hide registration button from “admin > settings > authentication” page. Removing login button would require some custom css code.

I would like to know about some features before purchase:

1. Is it possible to send tickets with “bug” status into Jira? And retrieve Jira issue status later to update ticket status on your platform?

2. Is it possible to group users by one company? So all users within the company will see their tickets?

3. Is it possible to connect AI agent with API into 3rd party messengers?

4. How can I sync my app login data with your platform, so when my clients click on Support System from my app – they will instantly logged in into your app?

1. There’s no built-in integration with Jira currently, but this could be done via BeDesk API.

2. Not currently, but it’s something we’re looking into adding with a future update.

3. Yes. BeDesk livechat widget uses the API, you can use the same one with 3rd party messenger as well.

4. There’s no built-in option for this currently, it would require some custom modifications.

How can I disable it that you have to be logged in to view support article as I’m currently having this issue

Which version of Laravel is being used (L12?), and which version of React for the frontend?

For websockets, are you using Laravel Reverb or which library for the chat tool?

Laravel 12 and React 19 is used currently. For websockets, you can select it from settings page, either reverb or pusher/ably.

I understand that this is not a SaaS application yet. So, can you please clarify the meaning of extended license for this app?

Extended license currently would be required if users are charged for using BeDesk in some way, for example, if you have paid support.

You can enable login via google, facebook and twitter from settings page in admin area, if this is what you mean.

If you mean for importing emails via IMAP, then yes, it’s supported. You can set “authentication type” as “OAuth” when adding IMAP connection from settings page.

I have a question. When we add the live chat widget to a website, I would like the customer’s conversations to be saved in case the customer responds the next day or three days later. Is it possible to configure this so that when a conversation starts, it is not deleted so quickly?

Hi,

Conversations are never deleted on BeDesk side. However, unless logged in, customer will only be able to see previous conversations in livechat if they use the same browser or device.

The customer can log in from the live chat or something like that. That’s what’s happening. The chats are deleted very quickly, within hours or the next day.

Do you mean those chats are not visible in agent dashboard as well?

Hi,

BeDesk website and widget both use an API, you can use the same one to integrate to 3rd party cms/website, so any anything that is possible on the website can be done via API as well.

You can find documentation from “developers” panel in account settings page.

First off, great product! I do have a question, though, about the product as it stands. Based on the current functionality and licensing, if I wanted to set this up for multiple customers, it would require numerous separate installations. If so, does this then mean you would need to pay multiple times for each installation?

If it’s completely separate customers and domains, then yes, you would need a separate license for each.

If you are hosting it on your own site (eg. customer1.site.com, customer2.site.com) then a single license would suffice.

Thanks for that, to clarify even if you used this product for multiple customers but they were split by subdomains would this still require multiple licenses? So it would be still seperate installations but all connected to a single domain but use sub domains for each customer? Thanks

Single license would suffice in this case.
