Yes, you can edit custom fields to it from “admin > settings > help center > new ticket page”.

Changing logo does not work. I have tried clearing Cache. I have downloaded the orginal bedesk logo from images folder and re uploaded logo so its the same size are original logo and nothing works.

We don’t have a separate script for just knowledge base, but you can disable the other functionality via permissions and leave only kb enabled.

CodeCanyon was updated to latest version, but you can always update to latest version from admin area after installation as well.

How to hide and remove the login button if we don’t want it on the page. Is there such a possibility?

Currently it’s only possible to hide registration button from “admin > settings > authentication” page. Removing login button would require some custom css code.

3. Yes. BeDesk livechat widget uses the API, you can use the same one with 3rd party messenger as well.

You can control this by adding or removing “View help center” permission from “guests” role in “admin > roles” page.

Yes, you can get notifications both via slack and email. Click on notifications icon in bottom left corner in and then on “Settings”, you can configure which notifications you want to receive on on which channels from there.
