Hi, I’ve purchased Worksuite SaaS – Project Management System along with the Universal Modules Bundle. I’d like to assign multiple duty shifts in a single day for some employees.
For example: One of my employees works from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, then again from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Currently, I don’t see any option to assign more than one duty time per day for the same employee. Could you please confirm if this feature is available, or guide me on how to configure multiple shifts in a day?

Can I add a new link into the menu as admin to show in all the users accounts?
the same way that the employee can add custom links.
You can add custom links only in the header or footer menus, or on pages within the front SaaS section. For the admin panel, you’ll need to customize the code.

Is it the amount the customer is paying for the project or the running expense incurred on the company?
This amount represents your project budget. The customer payment will be calculated based on the invoices created for the project.

In the overall project reports, is the budget captured as an expense or I have to create the project expenses under the “Expenses” Feature?

i have recurring invoices every end of the month, if i create recurring invoices in the system i am unable to get a download invoice button and nor is the recurring invoices generated correctly every month.

The if your invoice is in annother currency, it doenst seem to convert the currency when calculating the earnings on the project dashboard

how to delete a invoice
You can only delete the last invoice. There is no option to delete any other invoice. If this feature were available, it would affect all payments, reports, and calculations.
