Yes, You can customize it by your own. All kind of staff including teacher can logged in by using admin portal login page. There is no separate login option for parents.

There might be some misconfiguration or php version mismatch. Please send a email to our support with your host server CPanel access details. They will assist you to overcome it if you can’t find out by yourself.

You don’t need to buy it again. You can migrate your website into new domain if you still have the existing data access in your old hosting / domain. Otherwise you will have to make a fresh install. You can hire our team for migration if existing data available.

If there is no backup available from your old host server, Then there will be no option actually. If you have login access to your old server then you can send the details to our support team. They will check if there any backup available.

i have some questions before buying 1 – is it supports bio metric attendance 2- can we import attendance as csv file or xml , like we take attendance by bio metric machine then download attendance data and upload to your software as importing any file type .. waiting for your response. thanks
Its doesn’t have bio metric features to take attendance directly. But yes you can import attendance using excel / csv file.
can i import subject wise attendance at once
Yes you can import the all students attendance for each subject by one click.

Yes, there is a option for manual fee payment. Installment features not available now, will be added in future version.
Team, Please add a partial student fee; this is a very common thing for every university or college… Moslty students don’t have full payment.

I didn’t find the feature to add and publish each course or subject mark. Please tell me the steps on how to add marks for each course and publish them in the system.
There is option for adding Credit Hours but not specific marks for each subjects.

Application fees option isn’t available for this current version, but plan to add it in future version.
Any course can be re-assign to any students for their next session / semesters. So you can re-assign those courses if any student failed.
We mistakenly promoted a student to the wrong session please how do we correct that, i cannot find how to correct it and promote to the correct session
Contact our support mail with all of the information of that particular student record. current session, original session details.
Also send us your host CPanel access details in support mail.
